I love this IHOP location on Livingston St. I get seated right away. My past couple of times going there have been wonderful. Sakeem my server is attentive, helpful and very professional. I look forward to a great dining experience when he's there. My favorite dish is the big steak omelet with a side of the signature pancakes. This is my son’s favorite restaurant. We visited here for his birthday. The food and drinks were good. The service was good and the staff were nice to us. Thank you!Kid-friendliness: My kids had a good time. They enjoyed their food. The staff were friendly to them and made sure they were good.

We were met at the door by one person, walked to a table by another, then greeted by a 3rd. My only real complaint is that it shouldn't take 5 minutes to be greeted at the table; drinks are easy. Aside from that, we enjoyed our food. We tried the pancake of the month (Girl Scout Junior Mints) and despite the dubious appearance, they were absolutely delicious.
