“We were in town from Wisconsin to see Metallica. The day after the concert , we were looking for something good to eat and found Dumpling Dojo. Looking thru the menu , we knew we had to try. AMAZING!! We had one of the best meals we have had in a long time and my husband and I like to eat. We go to a lot of high ends places, but as I said , this place was extraordinary. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had the fried pork belly , tangerine beef , shrimp dumplings, fried shrimp and ramen noodle. And for desert , out of the world raspberry cheese cake wontons with whipped cream and fruit garnish. Nothing was too spicy but so flavorful. Again , you really need to try this place. Thank You !!“

“I’ve been to Star Sushi several times now, and every single visit has been great. The owner, Anthony, and his staff are always super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers — it’s the kind of place where they remember you and your favorites.

The fish is always fresh and the rolls are consistently delicious! My go to is the Star Tower. The amount of fish is very generous and it blends perfectly well with the rice, avocados, roe and sauces. It’s honestly one of the best sushi spots around, both for the food and the people!“

“I discovered this place through Too Good To Go app. It's a family owned fish market and restaurant. They serve a variety of seafood, Chinese food and sushi. The staff here are very kind and accommodating, which is not the norm with a lot of places on TGTG.

I've been here several times and some of my favorite options are the seafood boil and sushi entrée. The seasoning in the seafood boil is so good! The fish is consistently fresh, which makes sense since it's a fish market. They also use the perfect rice ratio in their sushi. My favorite is the white tuna. The tuna just melts in your mouth, it's absolutely delicious!

Things to keep in mind, this is primarily a fish market so the seating is limited. Best to do takeout.“

I prefer the short 5-6 min drive to here vs. the 3-4 min walk to the spot closer to home because of the taste and quality. I'm actually eating chicken when I order my usual compared to Taste of China on Main St. Def recommend for a quick, affordable, and good meal.“

“Holy Guacamole! I’ve been living in the area for years, I’ve always lived this place for the staple Chinese meals (chicken wings, chicken & broccoli, shrimp lo mien, egg rolls etc). I got into(very basic) sushi a few months ago& since then I’ve been ordering California Rolls, they are AMAZING. Yesterday I branched out of my comfort zone and OMGGGGG these Fire Island Rolls & the Rock & Rolls?!?! BOMBBB DIGGITY 😍“

“Typical Chinese takeout place, typical menu. Ordered chicken with broccoli , lo mein, wontons, etc and the food was good/average. Soup noodles were stale, but the soups were fine. Our order was prepared quickly and was nice and hot. Kind of dingy and dated inside. Prices were a little cheaper than other takeout places in nearby Pearl River, which was nice. According to their menu, they don’t use MSG, if that’s important to you.Located next to a frozen yogurt place in a strip mall on Kinderkamack Rd.
