“In the past, Sushi Village was so comforting and very tasty. But today it was just textures with impotent soy sauce, and not much flavor. This is not typical for them. I wonder what the difference is. I do not know if there is a real difference in the food. Or something about my perception of taste after 14 months in relative isolation and very few restaurants. I will absolutely try again. But today was puzzling“

“This cute little neighborhood spot is my new favorite hangout. The ambiance is nice and bright, the staff is super high vibrational, and it’s reflected in the food! 🤤 the juices are fresh, the tacos are simply mouthwatering, and the sandwiches will blow your mind. I ate so much and left feeling supercharged haha- pure alchemy ✨🤌🏾 I’m eating here again tomorrow! 😹“

“Love this place! My kids love coming here and hang out with the owner’s kids. Usually get dinner takeout every Saturday night here since I’m off work early. Recommend egg soup with house special Mei fun and house special Duck. Plus a drink of my red wine ?“

“This was an impromptu idea for dinner. This is hands down the best Asian food I've had since living in LA! This can compete with any restaurant in Manhattan! And the prices are so low! I can't wait to come back!!“
“Typical Chinese takeout place, typical menu. Ordered chicken with broccoli , lo mein, wontons, etc and the food was good/average. Soup noodles were stale, but the soups were fine. Our order was prepared quickly and was nice and hot. Kind of dingy and dated inside. Prices were a little cheaper than other takeout places in nearby Pearl River, which was nice. According to their menu, they don’t use MSG, if that’s important to you.Located next to a frozen yogurt place in a strip mall on Kinderkamack Rd. There’s a few chairs to sit while you wait for your food but no indoor tables. There’s a parking lot on the side“

“Without a doubt this is my favorite restaurant since moving to New York. I eaten at Karenderya a month ago and my taste buds went wild then soon as I left I was instantly craving their food. Finally made it back with my visiting parents who were craving the same thing! My parents ordered Daing na Bangus with an extra milkfish because it is that delicious to them! I enjoyed the tocino last visit so I decided to be adventurous try other items lo and behold the Adobo Pork Belly was exquisite. The pork belly was marinated well filled with flavor from the first bite and it simply melted in my mouth. Let’s say we all cleaned our plates. The atmosphere is a homey feeling serving us homemade food made with love, welcoming hospitality and food served in a timely manner. We will be back again hopefully to become a regular!
