Dining at Sushi Kai is a true omakase experience guided entirely by seasonality. There is no set menu—each service is thoughtfully curated based on what is freshest and at its absolute peak that day. The tasting menu features seasonal appetizers, expertly crafted nigiri, a hand roll, soup, and dessert. Highlights included Hokkaido uni, Japanese kinmedai, wild buri, and A5 Miyazaki wagyu. The food is outstanding, sushi is fresh and tasty, and the presentation is beautiful. Service is friendly, welcoming, superb, and attentive. The chef describes everything served. It is expensive, but it was an unforgettable experience and one of the best dining experiences. It is highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality omakase experience. BYOB.
