What happened to the quality? Is this inflation related? Been buying the cakes for over 15 years and this is a first. I had to use a razor blade to lift up the Pull here tab and the whole cream around the cake just peeled off. Strawberries seemed unwashed. And the candles melted down before singing Happy Birthday. Still tasted okay in the inside.
Excellent customer service. Always friendly and kind. The lady at the counter saw me taste my coffee and because I asked for it light she offered to warm it up for me. Thank you! Thank you.
