About the AM-THAI Williamsburg

AM-THAI Williamsburg is a cozy and inviting Thai restaurant in Brooklyn known for its flavorful dishes and friendly service. The menu features a variety of authentic Thai favorites, such as pad Thai, Khao Soi with grilled Wagyu beef, Crab Rangoon, Pad See Ew with chicken, and drunken noodles, all served with care and love. Many diners praise the food’s rich flavors, especially noting the pad Thai as being particularly delicious and not bland like others in the city. The Khao Soi is also highly recommended, reminiscent of the flavors found in Thailand.

The restaurant offers outdoor seating and has a vegan menu, with standout dishes like fried oyster mushrooms that are said to be crispy and reminiscent of fried chicken. While most dishes impress, some guests found the fried rice and bok choy disappointing, citing undercooking and blandness. The atmosphere is described as great, with attentive staff, including a bartender/server named Tika who provides seamless service. Desserts like mango sticky rice are well-loved, though some note to double-check menu details, as lunch sets may differ from online photos. Overall, AM-THAI Williamsburg is a highly recommended spot for flavorful Thai food and a warm dining experience.

One of my favorite Thai places now in Brooklyn. Their dishes and drinks are so incredible and flavorful. Love their pad Thai! I feel like a lot of pad thais in the city can be a bit bland but theirs is super flavorful and delicious. Also amazing Khao Soi!

Came for graduation celebration. The food was amazing and my family loved the food.

Cute intimate place with outdoor seating. Really appreciate that they had a vegan menu. The fried oyster mushrooms were crazy, reminded me of fried chicken. Fried rice was not memorable, and the bok choy was actually disappointing! It was really undercooked. I had to steam them at home. And it said it came with vegan sauce but it actually tasted really bland like it had nothing. Overall I still recommend giving it a try. Service was A+
