An absolute hidden gem in the 99 Ranch food court! The hand-pulled noodles here are incredibly fresh with the perfect chewy texture. I highly recommend their signature beef noodle soup—the broth is rich and comforting, and the beef is super tender. We also tried the handmade dumplings and the braised pork belly rice, which were equally fantastic. Generous portions, friendly service, and great value for the price. Will definitely be coming back!

Really enjoyed this spot! The handmade noodles are made fresh right in front of you, and the texture is super chewy and satisfying. But the rice bowls are honestly just as good. We tried the Stir-Fried Beef & Potatoes, Braised Pork Belly, and Boneless Braised Chicken rice bowls, and all three were flavorful and comforting. The sauces soak perfectly into the rice, and the portions are very filling. Definitely a great place for both noodles and rice bowls!
