“Great authentic cuisine that brings a little bit of Bolivia to the United States. The saltenas are absolutely amazing. The shell was cooked to perfection while the inside was a treat of flavors that was heavenly. The Silpancho had such great flavor. So authentic with the Carne lightly breaded and seasoned with the flavorful Zarza and a beet, carrot and vegetable salsa that complimented the egg and potato. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to experience a little part of Bolivia here in Queens, New York.”

“Delicious food and great service. The sourdough bread is amazing, and they sell it individually. Was so tempted to get a whole loaf. Had the duck rillette, which was very good, could see the shredded duck in it yum. The jhasha katsu was recommended by other reviewers and they were not wrong. I would love to try other dishes. Would recommend to anyone. You won't be disappointed.”

“Super high quality Filipino food, just like grandma made it! So much to choose from, I eat here 3-4 times a week. From the hot bar, to the skewers, to the desserts, you really can’t go wrong ordering anything here, it’s all incredible!!

“Me and my boyfriend came here a little before midnight and the space was bright and clean. The gentleman behind the cashier greeted us, answered all our questions and made any adjustment we asked for with no problem. Staff was super nice! “Been coming here for yearsssss! This is an absolute gem in Woodside. I love their lattes and pastries. Huge shoutout to the staff who are always so friendly and welcoming. “I am Happy to say I was introduced to The Woodlot thanks to a Yelp event. I enjoyed the atmosphere and service, I declared that I would definitely return.

A couple months later a fav and I decided to stop in after an event. Upon walking in Amanda (co-owner/partner) greeted me by name. What? How in the world did she remember me by name? That’s wild and the look on my face expressed my utter surprise. We all burst out in laughter.

Just like the first time we grabbed a seat @ the bar. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and feel of the space. It gives spacious elevated comfort, if that's even an interior design thing.

Amanda was just as sweet and attentive as before as she managed to take care of everyone solo. I told her I returned like I said I would to try their wings and another cocktail off the menu.

My fav and I both opted for a couple of the FOCO U Martinis. For wings I went with the Honey Garlic and my fav went with the Classic Buffalo. The wings were fresh and hot, I can’t say for sure if they are the “Best Wings in Queens” just yet. They were good however, I need to try them a couple more times before I can decide.

Amanda thank you for your amazing service and impressionable personality. I think I found a go-to spot in Woodside.

They do not offer ranch with the wings, only blue cheese (yuck). TBH its not needed the wings can stand on their own.”

6 stars for service and specifically Paolo- always polite, smiling and great service
-2 stars for the bouncers: poor attitude, rude with the illusion that they have authority. It would be great if they can get real; ID reading barely makes them different that the rest of us - haha
