I ordered a medium iced coffee. She made a comment about me wanting both Splenda and caramel. They gave me a small. When I said it was the wrong size she was like "I only charged you for a small" and I was fine with paying another dollar because I didn't order a small. She gave me attitude about it but I did end up getting a super watered down medium ice coffee. Like they just poured the small in a medium cup and added a bunch of water and a little more ice.
The Bagels are not even well toasted and you be getting very little amount of cream cheese and it cost almost $4.00 with the tax. The staff be talking very fast sometimes that um you could barely hear or understand what their saying .Um I guess it's due to the shield barriers for the covid but regardless they need to slow down a little when they're interacting with the customers.But I will give them three stars for their coffees ☕ because I love it !!

I feel weird gushing about a Dunkin Donuts but I've never seen a Dunkin this fast and efficient in NYC. They're super quick, friendly, and always get the order right. All the other locations should take notes.
