“Best dunkin in NYC. The staff here are kind and make good drinks. They also make sure the food is made well and are understanding if there is any issue with an order. They deserve the extra tip as most if not all of the workers have a smile on their face as they serve customers while fasting as they are muslim.“

“This happened on December 18, 2025, between approximately 6:00 PM and 6:20 PM. I would like to leave a positive review for the staff— this team is truly outstanding. I didn’t get the chance to ask for their names, but they were very polite, and you can genuinely feel their passion for serving people and taking pride in their work. “Honestly, I love the staff; they’re very welcoming and nice. The only issue I have is every time I order my coffee, it feels like either someone else is making it every day or they’re just lazy. I have been coming here for 4-5 years now, and they were good until they stopped caring. I’ve been ordered a cold brew ice coffee with cold foam for almost a year now, and the last 3-4 months, they put my cold foam on top and never mix the drink. So I’m sipping on nasty, bitter cold brew with my cold foam. I’m always mixing the bottom syrup with my straw. And guess what?! When I mix it, the cold foam disappears. So why am I paying extra for cold foam every time?! They have to start caring more. The fact that I’m a regular and now have to write a not-so-good review is sad. Maybe new staff? Or maybe just care!!!“

“This will always be my go-to dunkin’ donuts. I always have such a good experience when I visit here. The food is fresh and the environment is clean. The hijabi employee in the evening is wonderful and so friendly. I always have the best conversations with her while waiting for my food and she attends to everyone in a kind and patient manner. The food is so tasty and the drinks are always made to my liking. I enjoy every visit here and will continue to come here to eat good food, drink tasty beverages, and enjoy a happy environment.“
