Honestly, the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. first and foremost The language barrier is a serious issue, but other than that it seems like you have to fail an IQ test to work there. I would highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts if I wanted to ruin someone's day. It's a shame that nothing will probably be done. I think even if somebody who works there cared they probably couldn't read this.
Asked for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese, got it back with almost NO cream cheese on it. I went back to ask for more, they tried to make me pay for it despite showing them it barely had anything on it.

Very bad service. I was very disappointed with the service. The person named Alma was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL with CLIENTS!!! She even told me she doesn’t care if I give BAD REVIEW! Hopefully, the owner will notice how POOR your training with your PEOPLE. Very bad! Business like this is bound to fail!
