“I always have ICE LATTE CARAMEL WITH ALMOND MILK at dunkin donuts.
Only this store has decent quality of coffee with correct price.
Store manager Michael here trains employees properly and maintain the store and drinks quality the best.
I don't use other dunkin donuts cuz they always make it wrong or charge different price over $8 for Ice latte..
Dunkin donuts need more of well trained managers like Michael !“
“I'm not a big fan of DD, but my wife loves their ice coffee. The Steinway street store is a bit on the small side, but efficiently run, So service is quick. Also nice is their senior discount is as good if not better than other DD's.“
“Everyone here is always nice and customer service friendly, but Zaid takes it to a whole new level. He greets his customers by name and with a smile and clearly knows how to balance customer interaction with work efficiency. My favorite Dunkin thanks to him.“
“I don’t know what all these other complaints are about the staff. I love the women of the Dunkin Donuts on Steinway. Always friendly and attentive with me. The only “mistakes” they’ve made on my orders is giving me extra food. Download the app and I can ensure you you’ll never wait more than a minute for your order.“
“This Dunkin' location (22-78 31st Street) as well as the one on Ditmars Boulevard (31-14 Ditmars Boulevard) are both managed by a lovely and hardworking woman who is a master of customer service. The employees here are hardworking and always very nice. They even politely greet you, which has become a rare event, here in Astoria. This is a business I'm happy to frequent!“
“Really enjoyed the takeout I ordered for delivery. The Royal Greens Salads are huge!!! I would say they're twice as big as other salads chains. I wish it was easier though to know the dietary info for the salad dressings as I could not tell which ones were vegan. I love that you can choose your own protein and swap some of the toppings or build your own. I also got the green tofu curry dish from SriPraPhai as well. The sauce was incredibly flavor and I liked the amount of kick it had. It was spicy but not too spicy for me atleast. I do wish it had more tofu in it though as it felt very sauce heavy. I would order takeout from here again especially if I was getting food with someone who wanted something different then me. I appreciate the free delivery and the amazing portion sizes. It's nice to be able to order multiple cuisines as well.“
“I went 8/1. Last Thursday after work. To pick up my mobile order. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I ordered. SUNY Greeted me and started to work on my order. He took his time and made the drinks to perfection! Then he was extra kind and I was so thankful for my order and donuts. Thank you SUNY!!!!!!! ❤️ I Haven’t been to this location in so long due to bad customer service. About a year ago. But, I will definitely come back. Sunny and the new team were very kind and helpful!“
“Kid-friendliness: The staff was very nice and kind. I came with a large group of 8 children ages 6-15. Not exactly quiet. They were very good with the orders, friendly and able to seat us all!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, a ramp on the side door. This locations has 2 exits/ entrances“

“My mobile order got messed up and didn't go through for some reason. Did not catch the person's name who was running Dunkin today cause she was alone, but she went through my order quick and listened to me/believed me (had the order up LOL). Thank you so much!!“
“Had such a great experience at Dunkin! Everything was really good, and the service was even better. Sumona was so kind, personable, and welcoming. She had such a great attitude and made the whole experience feel really nice. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Definitely appreciate her great service and will be coming back! ☕💕“
