“I am a frequent customer of this franchise and it is the first time in years that they treat me kindly, with a smile and that they brighten my day. Coincidentally I went to the international donut day and they were very kind to me even patients because I always ask for my very specific coffee. In other stores they always make a bad face or make me bad, excellent service, thanks to the girls at the counter for brightening my day.“
“I'm not a big fan of DD, but my wife loves their ice coffee. The Steinway street store is a bit on the small side, but efficiently run, So service is quick. Also nice is their senior discount is as good if not better than other DD's.“
“Really enjoyed the takeout I ordered for delivery. The Royal Greens Salads are huge!!! I would say they're twice as big as other salads chains. I wish it was easier though to know the dietary info for the salad dressings as I could not tell which ones were vegan. I love that you can choose your own protein and swap some of the toppings or build your own. I also got the green tofu curry dish from SriPraPhai as well. The sauce was incredibly flavor and I liked the amount of kick it had. It was spicy but not too spicy for me atleast. I do wish it had more tofu in it though as it felt very sauce heavy. I would order takeout from here again especially if I was getting food with someone who wanted something different then me. I appreciate the free delivery and the amazing portion sizes. It's nice to be able to order multiple cuisines as well.“

“This Dunkin' location (22-78 31st Street) as well as the one on Ditmars Boulevard (31-14 Ditmars Boulevard) are both managed by a lovely and hardworking woman who is a master of customer service. The employees here are hardworking and always very nice. They even politely greet you, which has become a rare event, here in Astoria. This is a business I'm happy to frequent!“
“I went 8/1. Last Thursday after work. To pick up my mobile order. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I ordered. SUNY Greeted me and started to work on my order. He took his time and made the drinks to perfection! Then he was extra kind and I was so thankful for my order and donuts. Thank you SUNY!!!!!!! ❤️ I Haven’t been to this location in so long due to bad customer service. About a year ago. But, I will definitely come back. “Kid-friendliness: The staff was very nice and kind. I came with a large group of 8 children ages 6-15. Not exactly quiet. They were very good with the orders, friendly and able to seat us all!

Only this store has decent quality of coffee with correct price.
Store manager Michael here trains employees properly and maintain the store and drinks quality the best.
I don't use other dunkin donuts cuz they always make it wrong or charge different price over $8 for Ice latte..
Dunkin donuts need more of well trained managers like Michael !“
