Went to buy a plain bagel with cream cheese. It tasted good but the service was kind of slow as I waited there for 10 minutes when there wasn't a line. When coming here just expect to wait a bit.
Not sure why their ratings are so low? I come here quite frequently and have never had a bad experience aside from a time when they gave me regular milk instead of almond milk but that was the apps fault for not syncing my order correctly to the drink ticket, not the employees. The staff here is always extremely friendly and they always have the mobile orders ready in record time. I miss them and hope they open up again soon!

I'm not a big fan of DD, but my wife loves their ice coffee. The Steinway street store is a bit on the small side, but efficiently run, So service is quick. Also nice is their senior discount is as good if not better than other DD's.
