Dunkin' Donuts in Middle Village

“This morning I made my order online. I went to pickup my order only to find that someone had taken my $6 breakfast meal! I spoke to Julie the manager and she immediately apologized and remade my breakfast. She was amazing and so kind. Thank you for your fantastic customer service! Will be back tomorrow, hopefully no one takes my order. But seriously, there should be some sort of system for pick ups because anyone can just walk in and take what does not belong to them.“

“Louis is friendly and makes the best coffee drinks. There were only a few occasions this year that I went here and the eggs were cold or the sourdough bread wasn't toasted, not sure who made those (it wasn't Louis) and the manager is always helpful“
