“first time trying this with my bf and he’s been living here his whole life. He’s shocked that he has never noticed this place, it’s a hidden gem. the food is amazing!! we got the Pad Kee Mao, Basil Fried Rice, Thai Chicken Dumplings and the thai iced coffee. it is sooo delicious! definitely recommend trying this place!“

“Stopped for lunch and we loved it! Been living in JH for 25 years and haven’t had Thai food this fresh :) loved how fresh the food was, the food had the perfect balance of flavor without being too greasy. We got Iced Coffee & Lychee lemonade which was really good! I have a sensitive stomach & the food did not hurt my stomach at all. Will deff be coming back & recommending it to others, our server was so sweet and attentive. Such a hidden gem!!!!“

“This place is so homey. As a Thai who hasn't been back home for years, the dishes here really hit the spot. Their crab curry is very aromatic and rich in flavor (with a nice kick too). The softshell crab was so divine and the pork was delicious. We would definitely recommend!“

“Didn’t expect to find my best crispy pork belly of the year at a Thai spot!!! The skin was insanely crisp yet slightly chewy. The dipping sauce on the side was perfectly balanced.
For the main, we went with the panang short ribs. The beef was coated in a rich, mildly spicy curry. We added steamed veggies instead of rice and they fit curry.“

“The food here was excellent. I got the Pad Thai and it was one of the best I've ever had. Their appetizers are all very good. I'd highly recommend going here on a date or family dinner. Menu is a little pricy but worth it.“

“Went to Sappe NYC for dinner and honestly loved it. The food was so good. We tried a few different dishes and everything had so much flavor without feeling heavy. The pad thai and curry were standouts for me, and the drinks were great too.
Patt was our server and she made the whole experience even better. She was super kind, patient with our questions, and gave really solid recommendations. She checked on us just enough and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering.
Overall just a really fun dinner. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Absolutely delicious food and drinks! I highly recommend the volcano wings for appetizer and colossal crab meat fried rice and the giant river prawn curry for entrees. Portions are great for sharing too!“

“We sat on the terrace, which turned out to be one of the highlights of the visit. The food was good and nicely prepared, although we missed some of the heat and bold spice levels we usually associate with Thai cuisine. Even so, it was an enjoyable meal in a great outdoor setting.“

“My daughter graduated college and this was her choice for a family dinner after such a long day! Such an amazing experience. From the second we arrived until we left service was excellent. Thai food was delicious and the cocktails were unique and highly recommended. We had a decent size party and they accommodated us comfortably and every one of us enjoyed our meals.“

“still thinking about the khao soi from chomp chomp thai. had the lunch special and the portion was generous (basically got my daily protein requirement from the juicy chicken thighs!), the broth was rich and hearty, and the crispy egg noodles made for such a delightful contrast. had it medium spicy and could have asked for a little spicier! but will be coming back because the food was delicious!“

“Where to start? It’s pretty much hole in the wall and rare gem on the south side of Willys. Ain’t no lies their rating attracted my picky tongues to this place. Ain’t no lies them stars did me no wrong. From start to finish, my food came out timely manners. Crying Tiger! Crispy Pork! Bottomless Mimosas!!!!! You get unlimited booze til loose!! “Plue is a very vegan friendly restaurant with a lot of options and alternative sauces that make it inclusive if you don’t eat meat. Most main dishes have the option to be made with Mock Duck or Tofu or Soy chicken.
I recommend getting of the curries with Mock Duck and Pad Thai or See Ew with soy chicken. The service was good. For starters you can also try the coconut roti, beetroot dumpling or Avocado summer roll.
On the pricy side but worth it.“

“Came for the smashburger on NYE and it was probably the best burger I’ve had all year. The flavors work together so well with the perfectly juicy patty, and the fried duck egg (a must!) is the icing on the cake. Paired it with the rice lager beer and it was the perfect lunch - just wish they offered it during dinner as well. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours but they were all very nice.“

“Delicious Thai food. Classic dishes. Vegan. Lovely Ms May Kaidee cooks your food!! She is a cookbook author, chef, dancer, noted restaurateur in Thailand. Interior is decorated with Thai symbols. Great food. I had noodles and vegetables with an amazing sauce. Mango desert with coconut sauce and yummy rice, fantastic!!! Joe might be your waiter and is kind and professional. Such a wonderful place!!!“

“We were drawn across the street purely by the smell of great food and instead of sitting on a waitlist, we decided to see if Nuaa Table had a table open for two. We were instantly greeted by warm and friendly staff that luckily had availability. Besides the cozy atmosphere and creative menu, we were so pleased from the first bite (the duck buns) and felt glad to have stumbled upon this restaurant. From posh presentation, to street classics, even basil fries that will leave you surprised - all together it was a great dining experience. we will definitely coming be back to Nuaa Table and we’ll be brining friends!

“Tried this Thai restaurant in Sunnyside and it didn’t disappoint. The thai fried rice & green curry were flavorful & met my taste expectations. The curry puff had a perfectly flaky crust, & the pumpkin custard dessert was a sweet, satisfying finish. Overall, a good choice for tasty Thai food.“
