About Bangkok Degree

Bangkok Degree, located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, is a restaurant that offers delicious and authentic Thai food. The service is generally fast, with the staff attentive to diners' needs. The menu features a variety of dishes, from spring rolls and pad thai to mussels paradise and salmon stone pot. The portions are large, and the coconut curry broths are particularly flavorful. The restaurant is generous with ingredients, with dishes like the colossal crab meat fried rice coming with a huge slab of salmon and mango sticky rice featuring perfectly ripe mango. The tom yum fried rice and pork belly are standout dishes. Customers praise the food for being outstanding and delicious, with some mentioning that the pork belly is perfectly crispy and the green curry is mild spicy. The atmosphere is very nice, although it can get loud when the dining rooms are full. Both takeout and dine-in options are available, and the restaurant is often busy, sometimes with a full house. Customers have also noted that the tables are small, and service can be quick, which might lead to entrees arriving before finishing appetizers, so ordering accordingly can improve the experience. Overall, Bangkok Degree remains a popular spot for flavorful and authentic Thai cuisine.

Absolutely delicious food and drinks! I highly recommend the volcano wings for appetizer and colossal crab meat fried rice and the giant river prawn curry for entrees. Portions are great for sharing too!

Bangkok Degree is one of those rare restaurants where every dish makes you excited for the next one. By the time dessert arrived, I was already thinking about the first course again.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, filled with tropical plants, hanging greenery, warm lighting, and dark wood accents. It feels elegant without being overly formal, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

We started with the Salmon Mango, which was incredibly refreshing....read full review
