Wondee Siam Reviews
Food is really good and worth the value for your money. Servers were really nice and sociable! I love that they use thai language to greet and say thank you to customers. It’s what makes the experience in this restaurant one of a kind.
I highly recommend this restaurant! The food is amazing, especially the som tam—it’s absolutely delicious. The Thai food is authentic and full of flavor. I’ve ordered here several times, and the taste has always been consistent. Every dish is just as good as the last. The staff are also incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. If you’re looking for delicious Thai food and great hospitality, this is definitely the place to visit!
About as authentically Thai as you can get. One of the top 5 Thai spots in Manhattan.

Wondee Siam, a well-known Thai restaurant in midtown, offers authentic cuisine that includes dishes like crispy catfish salad and raw shrimp with spicy sauce. The must-try fish, cut in chunks and fried with extra garlic, is complemented by the delightful mango with coconut sticky rice. The staff is friendly and welcoming, enhancing the dining experience. The Thai Iced Tea is a highlight and worth getting for takeout. Customers appreciate the flavorful dishes such as Pad Se Ew and Pad Thai, which can be made gluten-free, showing the restaurant's care for gluten allergies. The menu is wide, featuring entrees like Crabmeat Fried Rice, loaded with lump crab meat and served in generous portions. The appetizer Fried Chicken, similar to chicken wings, is crispy and comes with a sweet chili sauce.
The restaurant is described as a medium-sized, clean, and busy spot with fast service. Attentive staff refills waters and checks on meals, ensuring a pleasant experience. While some food items were delicious, the crispy pork basil received mixed reviews for being chewy and dry. However, standout dishes like garlic prawns, papaya salad, and a crispy whole fish were praised for their flavors. The ambience is simple yet pleasant, making it a nice spot for a casual meal. Prices are considered reasonable for the area, though some may find them a bit hefty. Overall, Wondee Siam offers delicious food and good service, making it a place worth visiting multiple times.
