“No frill place. You choose your entrees over rice. 2 meats $15.50 3 meats $16. Just a great deal especially since the food is made fresh daily. So by the evening time the most popular dishes are sold out. I believe they switch up some of the meats monthly. Garlic pork and spicy ground pork are my go to’s. The space is clean and very cute during warmer weather. And the workers are always welcoming.“

“Pretty good Thai spot. CASH ONLY! Looks like a small spot from outside but they have a good amount of seating inside. Service was pretty quick and recommended items based on our time crunch since the menu has lot to offer. Food came out pretty quick too and everything tasted great. Im not sure if it happened to be the dishes that we ordered (softshall crab, red curry, broccoli & pork belly, and duck) but alot had a heavy flavor of the fish sauce.“
“We were in the mood for some good drunken noodles. My wife found this place through Muslim foodie review. The ambiance, and atmosphere of the restaurant are pretty decent. We had a friendly young lady who approached us as soon as we entered the place. We knew what we wanted- drunken noodles and fried fish with papaya salad. However, our server told us the fried fish may take a minimum of 15-20 minutes to cook, with two kids with us, we didn't want to wait that long, so I ended up ordering the orange chicken. Both of our dishes were good and flavorful. Their price is also relatively reasonable. I also like the fact that they designated a small space for prayer. I would recommend this place.“

I don't live around this area, and was just here to get the original chicken combo; but the fried chicken (see picture) looked really good, and I think it might be worth another trip back to try! The combo came with salad and soup as well that are not pictured - all very good.“

Will definitely be coming back for more!Second visit 04/15/2024: Ordered sukhothai noodle bowl again as I loved it so much last time - I believe it was cold last time? This time it was served hot, which I didn't like as much. Recommend ordering with standard rice noodle btw (not vermicelli as shown in photo). Also tried my friend's pork blood broth noodle soup which I didn't like much, but might be an acquired taste, and really enjoyed the pork meatball skewer!Keeping 5-stars for excellent food and service!“

“Somtum was so delicious. Somtum usually has a strong fish sauce flavor but this one was most lemony and light. The chili powder is a perfect addition to spice it up.The pad kee mao was amazing. The chicken was soft and flavorful and there was the perfect mix of vegetables.We also got the ribs and it was pretty decent but it is meat on the bone so a bit more of a hassle to eat.“
“Found my new favorite Thai restaurant. This is hands down the best Thai food ever! We ordered the Tofu Pad Thai, Tom Kha Soup, Chicken Satay, Snapper, Crabmeat Fried Rice and Thai Iced Tea. So delicious! Not only was the food amazing but the service was also amazing. Our server Jack was very attentive. “Came here for my girlfriends 30th, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly and very patient, which was very appreciated because we were a party of 12.The food was delicious and very flavorful with a good amount of spice. When you order, you are able to choose the spice level from Mild all the way up to Thai Spicy (which I don't even dare to try, haha). Both the Thai Iced Tea and Lychee Thai Iced Tea were very good but a little too overly sweet for us, so we had to dilute it with a little bit of water.Wonderful little restaurant with great food and a wonderful atmosphere. “Very satisfied with the taste and portion size of Thai takeout from Thonglor, which may have gotten a new owner or chef since the old Red Basil? Green curry is tasty and includes nice large chunks of eggplant and bamboo shoots. Noodle dishes like pad kee mao and pad see ew have generous portion of noodles. We normally order from Pochana but have a new favorite in Thonglor, which costs slightly more but you definitely get a larger portion and good quality in return.“

In addition to appetizers, we ordered some chicken dumplins. The restaurant is small but the time we were here we saw many delivery people coming out visiting the store to enjoy the food. The price plus the quality and taste of food is worth it. The portion of their dishes seems great to share between two people and try each dish. It is worth highlighting that they have a very unique decoration with their chandeliers. and the waitress was always very attentive. This restaurant is a 10/10. I tend to order the spring rolls, as an appetizer, and my favorite dish, Kee Mao with Chicken (this is often known as "Drunken Noodles") as my main course. I have also tried the Pad Thai, and a few other items on the menu.Absolutely tasty, hits the spot, reasonable pricing, and super-quick.One other thing.. and this is the most important; outstanding, incredibly pleasant customer service. “Come visit New York. I want to eat mixed fermented pork. Someone just recommended this shop. So I ordered several menus. I have to admit that the fermented fermented pork at the restaurant is very delicious and the Thai salted egg salad has a perfectly mellow taste, but.. the papaya salad with crab and fermented fish and the Tam Mua are a bit too salty. Reducing the saltiness would be very good. But overall it's okay.“

“This is a cozy Thai restaurant with lovely decor I decided to check out. The food here is very authentic and also very high quality. We tried several items - chicken satay, curry puffs, tom yum soup, duck wrap, and the basil chicken. Everything tasted very fresh and flavorful, with the curry puffs standing out as probably the best selection. The staff was also very friendly and constantly checked up on us. In my opinion, this place and Arunee are the best Thai places in Jackson Heights.“

“I had the Duck Pad See Ew now these noodles remind me of drunken noodle so if you like that then you will love this dish! The duck was succulent and crispy on the outside cooked to perfection wow! The food was tasty but not salty and greasy like other Thai places I have tried recently. The chef is top notch and knows what she is doing for real just the right balance of flavor and taste in every single bite. Next up I had the appetizer the main event the "Zaab" Spicy Chicken Wings. I've never had chicken wings with this particular flavor or seasoning before so this was new territory for me. No need to worry though as you're in good hands like All State with this chef she is no joke and has clearly put in her 10,000 hours and then some respectfully. It was a dry rub fried chicken wing with spicy chili flakes or chili powder rubbed underneath and/or on top of the wing itself which was fried and coated to perfection I was impressed thoroughly to say the least. This was the sleeper and highlight our orders. We also ordered last but not least the chicken pad Thai which was flavorful and the ingredients were super fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this place can't say it enough five stars is a minimum! By the way and oh yes please try the Thai Iced Tea and Coconut Water for good measure to wash down your meal. Run don't walk to try out this new gem in the neighborhood and tell them Blanco sent you lol! Tell a friend to tell a friend it's them again yummy!“
“A Thai place that my friends and I visited in Queens. We ordered Thai Fried Rice, Green Curry, Pad See Ew, and Pad Kee Mao (all of them were $15 w/ chicken). This place tasted really authentic as there was so much flavor in all the dishes. Furthermore, they adjusted the spice level very well according to our requests. The service was a bit slow in the beginning, but got better near the end. The only downside is the mandatory 20% gratuity for parties of 5+. Other than that, $15 for an entree is value. Overall, I would rate this place a 9/10 - amazing food for amazing prices.“

“Great Neck can be a pretty barren place when it comes to food. This is one of the few restaurants we love and frequently get food to go. The staff are so kind and accommodating! They have the best customer service. When I went there to place an order they gave me a glass of water while I was waiting. We usually order curry puffs, beef or roasted duck pad see ew and chicken massaman curry … all are delicious. I’ve gotten the rib appetizer which are so tender they fall off the bone. Some things I ordered were spicy but they cooked it to my preference, which is pretty mild. I love them and was so glad they reopened from the old Krung Tepp, which we also enjoyed. It’s a pleasure coming here.“

“This is a brand new Vietnamese restaurant (with some Thai options). It's a great addition to the neighborhood. Not only is it brand new and shiny, the quality is authentic and the pricing is similar to ones you would see in Elmhurst or Flushing. You can get bowls of pho, grilled meat with rice or vermicelli, or BBQ platters for $11.95 or $12.95. The portions were huge and the meat is very flavorful. I especially recommend one of the BBQ platters. We received three large pork chops for only $11.95. I will definitely be back.“

“Number of times I've been here: Countless of times over the years. I had lunch here today and ordered off the lunch special menu: shrimp with lobster sauce with brown rice that comes with a free egg drop soup. I liked the sauce's thickness unlike some other places where the sauce is a little watery. It had good flavor, as opposed to being bland. I like how this restaurant offers brown rice, giving me the illusion that I'm getting my daily fiber. I've ordered delivery from them many times, and their highlights include their thai menu, beef with broccoli, general tso's chicken, seafood pan fried (delicious), crab rangoon, and spring rolls (crunchy and tasty). I like the "clean" quality of their food. However, a few weeks ago, I tried their general tso's fish, and I wasn't impressed with it for being too saucy with little fish portions. The chicken version is the way to go. They offer a thai menu and it's great. Their pad thai noodles are different and I'd choose those thin and less greasy noodles, peppered with peanuts, over lo mein. The restaurant itself is dark and appears grimey, but that's how all Chinese takeout look like. At the very least, I see that A grade on the window. Just don't mind the roar of the elevated J train outside if you're dining in... or drop the fork and cover your ears. The staff are friendly and I make sure to say goodbye to them before I leave. Don't worry... you'll see me again very soon. Four stars... I really like this place. Will I return? Yes. Golden Kitchen is my go-to place for Chinese takeout.“
