We had been planning to visit Zaab Zaab Elmhurst location for a while and finally got a chance last weekend. Their decor is cozy like home with limited tables but the wait wasn’t too bad.We heard their Thai style grilled chicken is one of the recommendations from Bib Gourmand so we had Gai Yang Vichean which came with 2 different types of Som Tum, lettuce, sauce and rice to share.The portion of the chicken was more than enough for 4. Michelin-Bib Zaab Zaab, a Thai restaurant in Elmhurst, has some of the best Isaan local dishes. Their staffs here serve you with a big smile with fantastic service that comes from the heart. Zaab Zaab has the best grilled chicken ever maybe that’s why there’s a beautiful chicken wallpaper on the ceiling, lots of chicken figurines, and delicious grilled chicken hanging through their open windows. The best Thai food in NYC, and I’m NOT JOKING! Service is amazing, provided by servers who are upbeat and willing to make a conversation and advise. Food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Please do yourself a favor and order fish and som tum Thai! It is the best salad you’ll have, spicy and crispy ♥️?? p.s. Thai tea is an absolute DREAM ✨
