I guess you can say that all these fast food chains have a standardized method as to food preparation, but, it is undeniable that depending on how lucky you are... sometimes you get juicer chicken. You can't go wrong with KFC!!It's the customer that is horrible. After repeating my order 4 times, I finally got the right order. I then asked for a "paper" shopping bag, which was clearly on display and yet no one understood what I was asking.
