“Tried DHC and honestly it did not disappoint! The chicken is tender, juicy and flavourful. The meal options are not too expensive either! It was so good we came again the next day. Also it is halal certified!

It's also worth trying their slushe drinks! So much better than the 7/11 stores.

Only negative is that there is not enough seating and it can get super busy. It is a 10/10 and would recommend.“

“Amazing elevated chicken. It's not just chicken, however. Oysters were superb. Salads (the scallion salad is an absolute delight) and all the sides are just superior. Little touches that seem whimsical but are just spot on - try the 24 carat nugget with caviar. Excellent star-studded champagne list; why not? Staff were just exceptional. Special shout out to the sommelier who came by and spent time even though we didn't buy a killer bottle of bubbly. We will return.“

“OMG. I wasn’t expecting the flavor explosion from this place. Even though they only serve one protein (guess), they knock it out of the park. The chicken, seasoning, and onion arrived at the table. Slipped a glove on and dug in! Ouch… it was so damn hot. After getting over that initial shock, the first piece went into my mouth… heaven! So then I expanded to try it with the seasoning… heaven-squared! As I continued devouring the chicken, my son pointed out, “try it with the onion as well.” Ok, that blew my mind… heaven-cubed! I am definitely coming back even with the crazy parking and the congestion pricing for out-of-towners.“

“The spicy chicken biscuit omg toooooo die for so my husband and I saw many people entering this spot plus it was our first time. We heard mac and cheese, greens, and fried chicken. So we got a bucket of mixed chicken, two sides of Mac and cheese, and some collard greens (they make them with black eyed peas and tomatoes; totally different from any kind of greens I ever had and I definitely was left craving more. “I’m literally writing this while I’m still sitting here because these guys deserve a shout-out. I’ve been to a bunch of Dave’s Hot Chicken spots, and this is easily the best one.

I was having a nightmare with the app, and Mohammed took the lead helping me figure the whole thing out. He was patient, never rushed me, and made sure everything was taken care of. Ahnaf was very helpful too, and both of them were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience.

The whole staff has been awesome. If you’re trying to decide which Dave’s Hot Chicken to go to, make it the 188th Street location in Queens. I’ll definitely be back.“

“I just saw a sign for gamjatang (감자탕) at what looked like just a chicken wing spot. Honestly, I had zero expectations since it didn’t seem like a place that specializes in it but I was craving it so much that I gave it a shot.

Wow. The broth was light and clean, the meat tasted really fresh and not greasy at all, and the flavors were super well-balanced. The service was friendly, and it was $15. I went in with no expectations at all and walked out completely satisfied.“

“This place is honestly kind of insanely good and I really miss living close by. I used to live just a couple blocks away and I'd drop in maybe once a month or so. Really great food for the price. Better fried chicken sandwich than what you can get from ANY fast food place, period. Better than Popeyes, Chic Fil A, whatever, this is really on another level. Very good fries too.“

I'm making this review because a lot of people ask me about this place. They're mainly skeptical to go in because it's still a friend chicken spot in their hearts but they're always curious to know how good the food from their new menu.

Hands down, no bs, it's amazing.
Same owner. Different menu. Trust me, go in and order something 😁 try their drinks, they have some fun looking bottles that are sooooo good 👍“

“Went here on Thursday night with five of my friends for a belated birthday celebration. The staff was very kind to us and answered all of the questions we had. The meat quality is very good and delicious for the price! And their drink menu has good variety.
I wish I took photos, but I was so hungry that I just kind of focused on eating.
One of my friends said that he wished that the salad bar would have more variety, but I was personally fine with the size of the salad bar because I was there mostly for the steaks. And the grilled pineapple with cinnamon was a good palate cleanser between servings too.“
