“A good spot for rotisserie chicken. It is almost Peruvian style but the their white and green sauces are not similar to the Peruvian ones. The green one is like a salsa verde and the white one is yogurt based. They each cost $3. The chicken definitely needs the sauces which should be included. The fries were really good. My favorite item was the Caesar salad. I think adding a chicken Caesar salad to menu, a quarter chicken option, and allowing the option to choose between dark meat vs white meat would be great additions to this place.“

“Really good, i came and ordered 6 wings, unfortunately they weren't full wings but they were really tasty and had meat on them so i cant complain, probably the best wings i ever had. Highly recommend if you love wings. Also the cashier was kind enough to bring out the food to me while I was in my car, really appreciate that.“

The chicken has so much great flavor, but the hidden gem are the ribs!! “Food is always great but its been about 7 times that I have went and the fried chicken has run out, and it takes 15-20 minutes for it to cook. I feel like they need to better manage the timing. Once they see that the chicken on display is half gone, they should already start frying a new batch instead of waiting for the last min where there's less than 10 pieces for them to now start frying the new batch. Also they have a limit on breast they fried in each batch. So if the few pieces are gone, you will now have to wait for the new batch to fry and that can take over 45 mins, especially if they are not ready to fry a batch. Other than that, the food is great and the staff are also very friendly.“

“The amostsphere pretty fair and different. I didn't enjoy the cheese. The chicken sandwich was excellent very mild.

“Been here many times, chicken plate is better than chicken sandwich. However there is only 1 desert on the menu, key lime pie. It was my birthday so my buddy went to buy cookies. When he came in, the bouncer made it a point to tell him not to eat the cookies inside. We didn't listen. The bouncer came over and asked us again not to eat the cookies inside. We promised not to. But we didn't listen, we ate all the cookies. But we made a mistake, we left the box open in the bag. He came back over, said to us that he saw the box was open, and that if he caught us eating cookies, he would kick us out. It was our final warning but it was too late, they were already gone. 10/10 will laugh about this for a long time“

“I frequent this Popeyes locations fairly often, and they never let me down in terms of quality and freshness. The quality of the food has always been good and never disappointing. What really stands out is the professional and excellent customer service provided by Umar (works the front counter taking orders and packing orders at the same time), not just for me, but also any and all patrons I witness coming and going while I'm waiting on an order. Umar is always courteous, professional, and efficient in what he does. He's always on top of his orders, whether it be in person or an online/mobile order making sure everything is in check, and whether the kitchen is on top of pushing out whatever is needed to fulfill an order. Always friendly, courteous, and professional with a smile. Takes orders, prepares, and pushes orders out as fast as humanly possible without any discrepancies. Occasionally, there might be something out of stock which was ordered ahead of time off the app, but Umar will always make every reasonable effort to make things right. Location has also always been clean and tidy. Overall, definitely would recommend this Popeyes location due to their cleanliness, quality of food, and the excellent service provided by Umar and his team.

“I’ve been coming to Peppa’s in Flatbush for at least 8–10 years, and one thing that has never changed is how consistent and good the food is. Every time, the flavor is on point and you know exactly what you’re getting.

“The most authentic Dominican 🇩🇴 food that I have ever had in all of Brooklyn. I wish I can give them 7 stars! The first reason being is the flavor/seasoning. It is rich in flavor without being salty or over seasoned. My second reason, there is such a huge variety of options to choose from. They have all the typical protein that you’re craving for on any particular day. My third reason, is the price is absolutely unbeatable. I mean, they offer incredible prices despite the current state of our economy. They have a couple of options for dessert as well whether that’s pastry or ice cream. Good amount of seats to dine in. “This is the only Halal spot around the area, relatively affordable, and relatively good tasting. Very good if you live around the area and feel hungry for some fast food.

One thing I liked about this place, is a while back, a worker gave me assurance that this specific spot was 100% Halal.
