“WOW 🤩 The quality of service will have you thinking where have you been my whole life! They go above and beyond. I went for a date night and had the all you can eat many which definitely was the best choice! We tried the Passion Fruit Caipirinha and the their pan de queso was to die for!

Definitely a great experience that I recommend! It’s a family oriented restaurant and a bruzilian good time.

“Food is always great but its been about 7 times that I have went and the fried chicken has run out, and it takes 15-20 minutes for it to cook. I feel like they need to better manage the timing. Once they see that the chicken on display is half gone, they should already start frying a new batch instead of waiting for the last min where there's less than 10 pieces for them to now start frying the new batch. Also they have a limit on breast they fried in each batch. So if the few pieces are gone, you will now have to wait for the new batch to fry and that can take over 45 mins, especially if they are not ready to fry a batch. Other than that, the food is great and the staff are also very friendly.“

“Solid fried chicken sandwich in a classic dive bar. I haven’t actually been in many dive bars, but when you walk into this place, it’s almost pitch black and you can’t see anything. The atmosphere is a little bit grungy, and you have to read some signs to figure out that you need to order out the counter. When we went on a Saturday for lunch, there was no one behind the counter and it turns out the worker was someone who I actually thought was dining at the restaurants since they were eating their hashbrowns next to everyone else. The chicken sandwich is enormous and takes up much more than the surface area of a single bun, but I liked it a lot, especially when you add the different sauces and mayo they provide. Would come back and try some other stuff too. Very cute back patio.“

“I love coming to this food hall and Bob White greets you as the first choice of food. Although they are mostly fast food and fried, I see why they are still in business. The hand cut fries 🍟 are my go to item, and their tenders are well paired to taste. Not overly seasoned however packing flavor, mistress, because its bribed, and this is real chicken, not processed. So the tenders are also on the menu made into a sandwich or a wrap. I haven't explored that yet, but may try when I am not counting calories. The kale salad with added almonds and quinoa as a side is befitting as a healthier dish with my fries and tenders. I will be returning again because they have so many other sauces to try. They were fast with service although 1 person ordered ahead of me, and 2 were called before I received mine, I was pleased. Oh and even more pleased to know as an MTA worker I received a discount and by taking the receipt I noticed I can get a free Sweet Tea just for making this review. I will update and let everyone know how that goes and after I get a fork for my salad. Later for now!

What really stands out is the professional and excellent customer service provided by Umar (works the front counter taking orders and packing orders at the same time), not just for me, but also any and all patrons I witness coming and going while I'm waiting on an order. Umar is always courteous, professional, and efficient in what he does. He's always on top of his orders, whether it be in person or an online/mobile order making sure everything is in check, and whether the kitchen is on top of pushing out whatever is needed to fulfill an order. Always friendly, courteous, and professional with a smile. Takes orders, prepares, and pushes orders out as fast as humanly possible without any discrepancies. Occasionally, there might be something out of stock which was ordered ahead of time off the app, but Umar will always make every reasonable effort to make things right. Location has also always been clean and tidy. Overall, definitely would recommend this Popeyes location due to their cleanliness, quality of food, and the excellent service provided by Umar and his team.
