“We just arrived at a nearby hotel from Copenhagen and were starving so we headed to the nearest restaurant. So glad it was The Quimby, it was delicious! The restaurant is just past the lovely bar with a great whiskey collection, in a bright, open windowed area. We were greeted right away and sat by the window, perfect table for two. Our server was very friendly and attentive, filled our water numerous times and checked on us during our lunch. The food was delicious! I had the pumpkin soup of the day with a wedge salad and hubby had the steak frites and calamari. The soup was light and delicious, wedge salad was a perfect balance, steak cooked and seasoned just right and the calamari tender with a very light coating. Great food and service, will definitely dine again when in the area and highly recommend to others.”

“Super clean spot for a neighborhood bodega. Sparce and clean isles. They offer sandwiches which is what I went there for. They aint have a broad selection menu which is great because it means that there's a great turnover ab's the meat isn't just sitting for long periods of time. The last time I went, I bought a honey glazed hero and it was perfect. The bread and veggies were fresh. The guys that work there are cool and friendly. This spot get an A+ for cleanliness!!!”

The staff is friendly, the fools feels fresh, they are willing to give you the spices you want (as lemon) so it can fit your taste (as in the picture where I got fried tilapia)

“It's a good little bar with darts and a pool table. Only knock is they only take cash. I understand why, keeps you from getting out of line but in today's society cards are replacing cash almost everywhere. FYI, the jukebox has just about every song you ever expect to hear in a bar, ever.”

“Extremely old bricc building. The place is haunted late at night after hours when no ones inside especially the basement area. Wish I could sleep in the basement overnight alone and do an EVP recording. Great carribean food and nice staff.”

“My family and I have been ordering from this location since we’ve moved here over 15+ years now. Safe to say we’re very loyal customers. Their quality has not gone down over time like other places, they’ve been very consistent and even a bit better than when I was a kid. We always get the all day special, it’s literally the best thing on their menu! So worth it. You get soo much food! I’ve tried other Chinese takeout spots when visiting friends and family and nothing ever compares to this place. They’re literally the best. Even my friends who visit me say so, and are jealous of my spot. Best Chinese takeout spot in area! Although I’m not gonna lie, can’t say I don’t miss the days when the all day special was below $10. Really felt like an amazing deal… But the food is so delicious, it’s still worth getting.”

“This roti shop has the best Guyanese food on Rockaway blvd. Very fresh and very affordable for the quality and taste. There is comfortable seating for quick meals if you have no where to eat. I recommend this place especially for vegetable curries and roti which are satiating meals, available all day unlike other roti shops in the area!”

“Honestly, Sugar Factory is such a blast if you love high-energy vibes and crazy desserts. The whole place has this fun, loud party energy that is perfect for a birthday or a night out with friends. Obviously, you have to get one of those giant smoking candy goblets or a massive milkshake—they look insane and taste amazing. Plus, the food portions are huge, and the rainbow sliders are actually super tasty. The staff was matching the hype energy too, which made it even better. If you want a fun, memorable spot to take some awesome photos and eat your weight in sweets, this is definitely the place.”
