Food was good - service was not great but maybe because there were not enough staff. Waiting period for taking orders or to even get their attention to refill coffee
Honestly, Sugar Factory is such a blast if you love high-energy vibes and crazy desserts. The whole place has this fun, loud party energy that is perfect for a birthday or a night out with friends. Obviously, you have to get one of those giant smoking candy goblets or a massive milkshake—they look insane and taste amazing. We received a perfect personalized experience to celebrate my birthday. I told them what music I liked, and they found the perfect song for my happy birthday celebration. My entire family of 8 had a wonderful time. Service was accurate, efficient and served with a smile. The food was exquisite.
