We just arrived at a nearby hotel from Copenhagen and were starving so we headed to the nearest restaurant. So glad it was The Quimby, it was delicious! The restaurant is just past the lovely bar with a great whiskey collection, in a bright, open windowed area. We were greeted right away and sat by the window, perfect table for two. Amazing experience, food was top notch, excellent atmosphere and the service was great. Highly recommended for a meal or afternoon break anytime.
Pretty decent for hotel restaurant. They have nice options besides a buffet but, not a full blown breakfast place.
