“So I’ve been going to “Sohna Punjab” on Atlantic Ave in South Richmond Hill, for over a year now and after trying everything from dine in, takeout to even delivery, this “hole in the wall” is probably the best Indian restaurant not just in Richmond Hills but in Queens period. Don’t need to go to Manhattan as we’ve the best in Indian food right here in queens. They have an extensive menu and probably the only Indian restaurant that does non-veg as good as vegetarian dishes, and do everything on the menu well. Their portions are generous and prices are very reasonable. I would recommend from the appetizers, tandoori paneer tikka, soya malai chaap (I haven’t had chaap like these outside of India anywhere else ever), chilli paneer Sohna, gobi Manchurian and from non-veg appetizers, chicken malai tikka, chilli chicken Sohna, lamb chops (probably the best lamb chops anywhere in NYC period), and their mix grill platter was delicious and from Sohna Punjab specials, do try Chole bhature, Amritsari kulcha, and their Biryanis were not too shabby either (it’s a North Indian restaurant but they can match any South Indian restaurant in all kinda Biryanis) and from Main course, I’ve tried their dal makhni, palak paneer, baingan bharta, kadai paneer, paneer makhni, navratan korma, and shahi paneer was probably the best I had in New York and from main course, I love their butter chicken, of course, chicken tikka masala (personally my favorite and they would adjust the spice levels according to your taste buds), and their goat dishes are simply outta this world, especially, goat bhuna, goat Rogan josh, goat kadahi and while you’re there, do try their fish entries especially fish tikka masala-salmon and their bread taste so good that I have always ordered extra and everything is good and prepared fresh in the tandoor from chilli garlic naan to garlic naan and lacha parantha and Sohna Punjab is one of the rare restaurants to even make “makki ki roti”. I can assure you one thing though, if you ever tried their food, you’ll definitely go back for the quality, quantity and price and you’ll love to spread the word of mouth as I’m doing here because this “ hidden gem” of the Indian restaurant and owner needs to be shared and talked about more often. I’m kinda surprised that not too many people, Indians and non-Indians, know about Sohna Punjab. I never had a bad time here and always look forward to eating at Sohna Punjab. Thanks and take care”

“Infinity Lounge in Queens, New York, is one of my favorite go-to spots! I’ve been here a few times with friends, and every visit has been an amazing experience. The music is loud and full of energy — definitely the kind of vibe Caribbean people like us enjoy!

Tuesday nights are the best — they have $5 shots for happy hour until around 11 or 12 PM, $1 wings (minimum order of six) with multiple flavors like sweet chili, honey garlic, BBQ, jerk, and buffalo. They also offer $3 hookah, which everyone loves.

The atmosphere is fun, the crowd is lively, and it’s a very budget-friendly place if you’re looking to have a good time without spending too much. The weekends can get pretty busy, but Tuesdays are my personal favorite night — make sure to ask for Dory, she always takes great care of everyone.

“The first time I ordered, I chose the chicken fried rice and was amazed because it tasted like the Guyanese-Chinese food I used to eat 20 years ago from Liberty Ave. The second time I visited was on May 9, 2026 and decided to try the roast duck, chicken liver and gizzard and Rice Bowl house special fried rice; I was blown away! Excellent and tasty food in my opinion! Their house special fried is better than New Thriving’s and Kaieteur’s! Give them a try!”

“This place will have your brain going insane as you won't know what to choose. Your going to want to try it ALL. As for me, I'm Trinidadian...so I already have tried it all. The food is all amazing. Everything from the curry chicken and stew pork with roti or Trinidadian fried rice. My favorite to get is the macaroni pie and doubles. The macaroni pie is only $2 per piece which is definitely a steal at that price. The doubles are also $2. The stew pork with fried rice was $14. I always get stew gravy poured on the macaroni pie which makes it so much more tasty. Some days after I finish my work day, I would stop in just to get 2 pieces of macaroni pie and 2 doubles before going home. I also love peanut punch so I always get one also.”

Try their homemade tiramisu, its excellent!

Their breads are always fresh and so so delicious. I’d recommend you give the “Vigilante” bread a try. It has cheese and is just so delicious on the palette!

Their main platters are also very good, being Colombian I can say they have pretty spot on Colombian seasoning.

I met the cook, Carlos and he went above and beyond to satisfy my taste in what I asked for. I wanted soft scrambled eggs and many restaurants get that order wrong and they overcook my scrambled eggs.

Their soups of the day are also excellent but they sell out by noon or so.

Overall the decor is really nice and they use nice plates for the food. The servers are pretty polite and accommodating.

It's 7.99 a platter (I don't get why they don't just round up to 8, they never give you back the 1 cent in change anyway). Comes with a free soda but obviously the price covers that so not really free. I think they should charge $7 per platter and the extra dollar if someone wants to buy a drink. Lamb didn't really hit my craving for lamb, maybe it's a lower quality lamb. Food is made really fast.”
