“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! I have been at two locations and I have ordered 4 times overall, it is just OK, I am not impressed by the taste of the coffee, there are much better coffees around on UES in terms of the taste. Also, I do not trust their good rating anymore after I felt being kinda pushed to give the best reviews and immediately - I do not like that and I believe many people did it on the spot. I did not particularly liked the food/snacks, it was ok.“

Even if the line is long the employees are very fast and the service is excellent. If you're in the area, stop by. There's indoor and outdoor seating if you don't want to take your order to go. They have different drink specials at different times so there's always something new.“

I have been going to Busy Bee Coffee almost weekly for 2 months. As long as I or my friend need a power outlet and the coffee/drinks are available, I'll keep coming and recommending this place. “My husband and I made the long drive yesterday (2 1/2 hrs each way) from upstate NY to visit our daughter in NYC just for the day. While strolling around her neighborhood we came upon your lovely bakery and cafe and after eyeing the beautiful carrot cake in the window, we had to go in. Carrot cake is my favorite sweet treat. There were so many beautiful choices, but we got 2 slices of carrot cake to take back home with us. After the long drive back home we were really looking forward to a piece of cake and a cup of coffee. I opened one of the beautifully packed boxes, which revealed an enormous slice of yumminess!! The slice was big enough for at least 3 people. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything about this cake was phenomenal. The frosting was outstanding, the cake was so flavorful and moist. It was the best we’ve ever had. We have enough left for a few days. I’m so glad we stopped in. It was a great way to end our lovely day in the city and will most certainly go back on our next trek in . I will also have to get our daughter pick up some baked goods when she’s coming home for a visit. I highly recommend Crumbly Cafe & Bakery😊😊“

“Fantastic coffee! A refreshing change from standard blends that we get in the neighborhood. Their Sanani coffee is fantastic if you like cardamom. Yes, it is expensive - $7.90 for a medium cup, but totally worth it. You can sip it the entire day or share!

“The coffee house is chill, places to sit, wait time isn't bad at all. The staff are kind and accommodating and the prices are fair too (trust me, it's not outrageous!)

Besides that, this place host some events on Thursdays (every other Thursday, dont quote me though) and if you're new to Sunnyside I recommend it!
