Alita Cafe Reviews
5 years of living in East Williamsburg and this is my favorite coffee shop. The baristas are friendly, the breakfast sandwich is everything I want on a Weekend morning, and everything is appropriately priced.
This is the best coffee shop in the neighborhood. The staff (shout out Elvis) is incredibly kind and make you feel like the only customer they've ever known. He comes to my dog's birthday parties if that tells you anything. The shop is clean yet dog friendly, small but warm and sunny. The food is INCREDIBLE. I could drink a small swimming pool of their lemonade. Just go - get a biscuit. Or a sandwich. Or a banan bread. I could go on and on.

Alita Cafe is a cozy hidden gem in NYC, known for offering some of the best coffee and espresso in town. The nutty aftertaste of the coffee is memorable, and it is complemented by divine homemade pastries like the chocolate chip cookie and delicious biscuits. The space is small, with a few tables and stool seats by the window, perfect for people-watching. Customers praise the friendly, bubbly staff who are always cheerful and happy to help. The cafe’s breakfast sandwich, especially the bacon egg and cheese on a gluten-free biscuit, is highly recommended for its delicious taste and gluten-free options. The BEC with jam in an English muffin is also a delightful choice, with some reviews calling it one of the best food items. While the space can feel a bit cramped, the quick service and tasty bites make it a good spot to enjoy a great iced mocha and croissant during a long day. Customers also enjoy the chocolate chip cookie and banana bread, which are considered some of the best baked goods they have ever had. Despite being pricier than some local spots, the warm welcome and quality offerings make Alita Cafe a popular place near the L train at Grand St.
