Growing up in this neighborhood, over 33 years, I've seen this place slowly decline and go down hill. From the food being dry and sitting around. To the horrible customer service now.Tonight at midnight, I was standing at the register for over 10 minutes waiting to be served. Only customer. The 3 staff members kept looking at me and saying nothing 2 of them laughing in the back, hanging out, within visible range. It took me 5x to yell out "is anyone going to take orders?". Customer service has got more worse and the quality of food hasn't been 100% great and now you can't even get one sauce for free you have to pay for sauce. It's too much homeless people there which I think is very unsanitary for customers who pay and they should invest in getting security guards for the property to remove them. The staff and management need changes made because some of the staff act like they are working against their will and their very rude.

Not the best for large orders just know that if you order for a large family of 10 that they won't prioritize you first instead they do the smaller orders first,I literally waited 2 hours at this McDonald's I'm not even kidding I never waited that long ever in my life for fast food ! It's embarrassingI only gave two stars because the worker was nice.
