First off, the floor was littered with dirty napkins and some questionable looking spills. I was tired and decided to wait here (40 mins or so) before going to a nearby doc appointment. I went in at about 10:00 a.m. I was looking at the selection of donuts available and either they've already run out of a lot or they didn't get a delivery in. I ordered an apple crumb donut and a glazed donut. Walked out of the store and back to my place of residence and bit into the apple crumb and it was a bit chewy like a day old. Dunkin employees usually lack intelligence, but in this location, specifically, the employees are ESPECIALLY stupid. They can never get one order right!! First, you have to talk to them as if you were talking to a 5 year old or else they don’t understand, and even then they can’t get anything right! This location was recently renovated, but it also had to be re-staffed!
