We find NYC’s food quite salty compared to our food back home.Concierge was very kind to offer us a glass of bubbly. We were severely jet lagged and needed somewhere to quickly grab our supper. So we went to this place as it was near from our hotel. It is not the cheapest restaurant in NYC but food quality (lobster was cooked perfectly), service by Genara and Concierge made our dining experience so memorable.The only downside was the restaurant has two dining areas and we were seated in the most inner part. So when they try to sell me croissant for $5/ $6/ $7 here in New York, well, I tell them that’s an absurd price and I turn around and I walk out.Hakan sells these excellently executed croissants for $2.50/ each. Everything was as it properly should be: not dry or bread-like as is often the case here in the US; nice and properly buttery as it’s supposed to be; flaky on outside and doughy on inside as it’s supposed to be. I recorded him because he does a wonderful job making the drinks & he does it the correct way. A few other stores I have been to these past few weeks can’t seem to make my drink correctly in regards to placing the sweet vanilla cold foam cream on top, they do it wrong. So today I was able to record him so I can show the other two locations that keep messing up my drinks the correct way on how to do it.
