“Small Dunkin/Baskin Robbins with very limited seating. There are only 3 small tables with 2 chairs each so if there are 3 separate people sitting down, you're out of luck. This is especially unfortunate to me because I work nearby and just come here for a quick lunch break. I wish there was some sort of 30-minute time limit for seating which I've seen implemented at other Dunkins since I've noticed people just sitting there long after they're finished eating/drinking which is pretty inconsiderate.“

“Perfect brunch experience!! The food was delicious. The live music excellent. Atmosphere was inviting and fun. The bread pudding was the best thing I ate in a long time. Incredible mixture of chocolate, caramel ice cream and of course bread pudding. Highly recommend!“

“I was looking for a place specifically to work on my laptop for a couple hours. This popped to the top of the list. Sweet upstairs loft with good wifi and power outlets. Coffee is excellent, and the treats are great. I walked a few blocks to check it out and totally worth it.“

“Exceptional eatery! Diner style all the way. Had eggs and corned beef hash with potatoes. Grapefruit juice (tropicana) and took a cinnamon roll with me (the best). Hash was not crispy but LOVELY that way, eggs were done just right, over medium, the heavily buttered rye toast dipped provided excellent yolk dips. Potatoes were abundant, and had morsels of pepper and onion. Ketchup exploded on me a lil..(can't put the bottles in the fridge). However they were attentive and apologetic following the incident.
I made my return for a waffle, the way it had tantalized my nostrils on the previous visit was inspiring of such. Waffle with banana was perfect. Filling, fluffy, crispy, sweet and savory.
p.s. ask for the salsa verde :)

“Really nice spot , hole in the wall, Great place to get good breakfast, coffee , muffins, friendly bilingual staff, made to order, affordable prices, variety of food and drinks, nice little diner.
Parking: It's in an industrial area with very diverse customers, This place has everything you need to eat in or take out
Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat in, very friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Just pick up the wheel chair and walk yourself in🥴🤔“
