Rude! Ordered an item on the app a number of times and when got there they did not have the item, never was offered a refund, exchanged for less expensive item and never got the difference back. The stuff is rude !
I went to this DD this morning with my sis to meet up and she ordered me a drink and a sandwich. There’s a worker in here her name is like Mamba or something like that I just know when I looked at her name tag her name starts with an “M”. She’s always on her phone even making sandwiches for customers. My sister mention that this female employee has been really nasty to her in the past. I don’t like it out of respect for my sister. Service is bad, it's very slow, it takes forever to do something. One time, they just left me waiting for my donuts without informing that they don't have the ones I ordered online, i asked them about my donuts and they just leave for 5 minutes. the employees just be standing doing nothing on their phone. Just go to the one at 102 on Atlantic Ave, it might be further but it'll take longer to get your order at this one then
