Service is bad, it's very slow, it takes forever to do something. One time, they just left me waiting for my donuts without informing that they don't have the ones I ordered online, i asked them about my donuts and they just leave for 5 minutes. the employees just be standing doing nothing on their phone. Just go to the one at 102 on Atlantic Ave, it might be further but it'll take longer to get your order at this one then

Rude! Ordered an item on the app a number of times and when got there they did not have the item, never was offered a refund, exchanged for less expensive item and never got the difference back. The stuff is rude !

I went to this DD this morning with my sis to meet up and she ordered me a drink and a sandwich. There’s a worker in here her name is like Mamba or something like that I just know when I looked at her name tag her name starts with an “M”. She’s always on her phone even making sandwiches for customers. My sister mention that this female employee has been really nasty to her in the past. I don’t like it out of respect for my sister. I didn’t say anything to the female worker while we were meeting here, but it’s the principal not to mention we saw a baby roach while we were talking and meeting. Disgusting. I mean this place is just horrible. Even down to the customer service.

Usually I place my order ahead of time on my mobile app, but today as I arrived at the store, my order wasn’t there and I showed the worker my phone and he claimed that I was late, when I placed my order at 10:45am and it’s usually ready! The worker had a belligerent attitude and yet he mistaken me for someone else who picked up my order. He has poor customer service and unprofessionalism, I believe In good customer service and this is an example of a poor customer service. He should be ashamed of himself and I feel like they need to hire someone who has excellent customer service background and professional knowledge of situations like this. Plus they shouldn’t treat me like this and it’s uncalled for! These people including the manager himself are a bunch of belligerent animals!Too bad there’s no 0 stars as opposed to a hostile atmosphere that I’ve noticed.

I was discussing when I ask my daughter to go and buy me the egg bites they have , she came back with them inside of a paper bag no tray when she ask for a fork they told her they didn't have any, I immediately when inside and ask if we where animals to just throw in the eggs in a paper bag , they started to laugh as it was funny I have never in my life got such treatment like this they where very unprofessional .I would rate them a zero to bad iam unable to please be aware.
