“BEST DONUTS I HAVE EVER HAD! If you’re ever in NYC, make sure to try Kora’s donuts. These donuts are AMAZING! They are all infused with Filipino flavor and culture. I first heard about them on YouTube when a food channel featured them. These are rich and decadent donuts without being overwhelmingly sweet. They are custom made too and made fresh the day of pick up. Check them out!!“

“I was there this morning and the girl working was awesome. We waited a little but that was fine. Donuts are always the best. Truly worth it. Sometimes small businesses struggle with staffing and it was evident they had a call out or something today with the holidays. Still love this place!!“

“Cashier was nice, he explained to us everything we needed to know & was very patient with us while we browsed the menu. Donuts are made to order & come out nice & warm. The donuts themselves were light & fluffy, very tasty without tasting too sugary.“

“An oasis of doughnut on Flatbush. My daughter loved the chocolate covered strawberry shortcake with Chantilly cream. The Brooklyn Blackout doughnut is always fantastic - a sweet nod (no pun intended!) to the cake New Yorkers know and love for decades. And the red velvet & white was so good, I couldn't resist a bite before snapping the pic!
They do sell out of popular doughnuts by mid-afternoon, so if your heart is set on a particular doughnut, go early.“

“I go to New York City once year: My co-workers and I take a group of theater students, we see 8 broadways shows, I get a *carrot cake donut* at the Doughnut Plant in Grand Central Station, and I’m a happy girl for one more year. I always have a good experience! I get my favorite, and then something new. Everything I’ve ever tried there has been phenomenal. (This time is was a coffee cake doughnut - it was inspired! SO good!) If Doughnut Plant moved its location to the moon, I’d probably just start taking my theater students there instead, just so I could get my yearly taste test at Doughnut Plant.“

“The place was lively and jumping. I waited like 2 minutes but the warm greeting made it feel like 45 seconds. My server was so comfortable In her own skin and had patience for days. Honestly I think I love her Naw jk but she was amazing and I immediately thought my flat white was FUBAR because it came in a standard size cup but nope she did the unthinkable! She went where no barista has ever been before...she managed perfectly balanced microfoam in a larger cup thus preserving as much flat white sensibility as possible not withstanding. Yeah she was great two thumbs up! Honestly you guys should just like make her the official customer relations trainer. Because I don't know about everyday but today she understood the assignment! “I’m not exaggerating this is the best doughnut place in the world. The hibiscus donut is to die for. When I was younger there was one nearby but it moved so I was so sad. But it’s worth it to travel there. Every-time I see a picture of the hibiscus donut my mouth waters. I want to eat one right now!“

Smelled great and tasted great. Nice and warm for a cold NY day. Love the art on the walls I believe it’s from local kids. Sharing pic of my fav.“

“Literally a time machine to old school Brooklyn that I grew up with! Shaikh's is conveniently located by the Avenue U station on the Q (Brighton Line) and the B3 bus. All of their donuts are homemade and you could snag a dozen donuts of your choice, including the 13th one for $11.75 (early 2026). These are your traditional donuts, not too sweet or plain, just right! Also, this is a cash only shoppe, so make sure to bring cash and share some delightfulness with your friends & family!“

“I ordered my wedding cake from this lovely place. It was a delicious experience to say the least. The staff is friendly and the pastry wizard is just that. I gave her a picture that I wish I could up load and not only did she replicate the exact design but the cake itself literally melted on our mouths. It was so light and fluffy my "husband" couldn't wait a year to eat the top. If you live anywhere in Brooklyn and have need of a baker this place is worth the drive. Trust you won't be disappointed💃🏿“

“If you’re ever in the Bronx and you don’t stop at Gino’s Pastry Shop, you’re missing out on a piece of real New York history. This Arthur Avenue staple has been serving up authentic Italian pastries for decades, and it’s exactly what you want from an old-school bakery — no frills, just flavor and tradition. The cannoli? Legendary. They fill them fresh to order, and the shells are crisp, flaky perfection with creamy ricotta that tastes like it was whipped up by someone’s Nonna in the back. The sfogliatelle and lobster tails are equally iconic — sweet, buttery, and loaded with filling. Don’t sleep on the rainbow cookies either — they’re dense, almondy, and always spot-on. The shop itself is cozy, with that classic Italian-American charm. Gino and the crew treat you like family, whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth. Prices are super fair for the quality, and it’s cash-only — so come prepared. Bottom line: Gino’s isn’t just a pastry shop, it’s a Bronx institution. Worth the trip, worth the calories, and worth every bite.“

“The people are great and hard working. It’s a very busy area and they do their best to manage everyone, to provide the best service. I always go there to get my iced caramel latte and I’m always greeted. Everyone’s friendly, and I would say people who have negative views really have to understand the perspectives of those providing the service to the community. Other than that, I’ll continue to come here!“

“I went here when it was new and didn't find a lot to choose from (maybe they ran out already that time of day). Popped in recently since was in the area and there were a lot more buns/baked items to choose from. Prices are lower than some bakeries. Mochi donuts are $3; buy 2 get 1 free. Steamed buns were ok: tried the pork and veggie; and combo bun - with added quail egg, piece of sausage and shrimp.
Staff is helpful, and amiable.
Have tables/stools so good for a quick bite. No restroom.
Not far from Queens Boulevard so close to buses and Grand Ave/Newtown subway stop.“

“I’ve been going to this Dunkin seems like forever, staff are great, especially 2 that know how I like my coffee, and I do not have to repeat myself,.
The 2 outstanding staff are Tohura and Tuly, excellent workers I see them everyday, always pleasant.
Lastly, they have my favorite radio station on which is K-Love FM 95.5
I would recommend this location to anyone.“

“To be fair I've been going here for most of my life. I will not claim that I am well versed in Jewish bakeries, but I will claim that this place is splendid, and that I am a gent that knows good food. I love the rugelach and the linzer cookies especially, but I've bought multiple other pastries they've made over the years , too. The black and white cookies are also quite fresh and delicious as well. It almost goes without saying that the challah bread is phenomenal, as I always end up buying a few loaves fairly often . I buy fairly large amounts of their stuff every time I go, which is the only reason I put so high on the spend per person . The place is big with fresh goods lining every wall, so bring some friends and treat yourselves.“

“I can’t thank you enough. We had an impromptu baby shower and the donuts was a complete hit. So fresh and delicious. I think there might have been a mix up with order but I wasn’t present to receive it, but I everything worked out. Again everybody loved it and I’ll definitely be ordering again.“

“On my break, I found a Twin Donut restaurant near me. I was pleased that they serve really good subs. I chose the Meatball Parmigiana as my order to stay. It turns out that the customer service was really great, as they asked me if I needed anything else. When I sat, I took my time with the Meatball Parmigiana. The place was mellow, clean, and I felt like I could chill there. Thank you Twin Donut!
Vegetarian options: There are vegan options, as you can select a wide variety of pastries at Twin Donut. Also, you can order pancakes with no meat in your order.“

“I love this cafe, ive met some great people here.
Things to know is the food is limited. Just pastries and yogurt really. If you are looking to read a book, work in a laptop and have a coffee. This is a cute vibe. The coffee bean blend is actually good but all the baristas dont know too much about milk frothing. They’ve burnt every coffee I’ve had. I come back because of the vibe, but I have to go other places in the neighborhood when I want a consistently good coffee, not burnt.“
“Really cute cafe with great coffee and delicious vegan burrito! The owners were so nice and welcoming. Definitely a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Highly recommend! Best coffee in the area. Their vanilla flavor is made in house and they make the best vanilla lattes! They have seating inside!“

“I haven’t tried this location yet but I personally got to try the one in Upper East Side and it heartbreaks me that people are downing the donuts, they are sweet to perfection but some people are rather used to diabetic sugary stuff like other places that add TONS of sugar and make sweets unejoyable, ima be honest I hate having snacks or sweet treats but this company’s donuts is the only exception other then that I like to keep my diet completely healthy. A 5 star place that the price suits the product“

“I went in this morning, Sunday, Dec 28, 2025 around 9:20 AM, after my usual cheap morning coffee place was closed. I expect a certain consistency to the original glazed donut, and this was certainly met, but the service I received went above and beyond. There was only one employee visible behind the counter but he greeted me enthusiastically and earnestly wished me a good day at the end of our transaction. All this alongside an efficient yet careful pace of service. I would never expect a particularly deep level of care from fast food service of any kind and I would never complain if I received curt service in a place like Krispy Kreme, especially not in the morning on the weekend with only one employee manning the counter; this particular employee however deserves commendation for his friendly and personable service. His service was a high point in my lethargic journey to my own job.
As mentioned, the food and drink met the reasonable standard I would expect from Krispy Kreme. The restaurant was also very clean.“
