My absolute go to! I’ve been coming here since they opened and I have yet to be disappointed. I crave their burgers daily at this point…. Lovely customer service as well — I’ve only had pleasant experiences! So glad this is in my neighborhood.

Disco Birdies is a Brooklyn spot that sets the bar with fried chicken. The chicken bites and sandwich are both crispy and delicious, and the champagne pairing is a nice bonus. The smash burger is nicely done, with crispy edges, a juicy patty, and good flavor without being too heavy. The dipping sauce is perfect and a hot sauce on the side could be added. A chilly glass of sparkling wine on a hot night complements the summer vibe. The chicken could use a little more seasoning, but overall it is a great fried chicken place worth a visit.
