Perfect chicken sandwich!
An incredible fried chicken sandwich! It was moist and tangy and crunchy all at once, and clearly made with care and consideration. Will be back soon!
Service was A+. Only one person working and he absolutely crushed it. Everything we ordered was excellent. Spicy chicken sandwich was juicy as hell and had just the right amount of heat, though I wish there were an option to turn it up one more notch. Smashburger was fantastic as well; the texture was perfect. Fries are insanely craveable. Will be coming back as soon as possible.

Disco Birdies is a Brooklyn spot that sets the bar with fried chicken. The chicken bites and sandwich are both crispy and delicious, and the champagne pairing is a nice bonus. The smash burger is nicely done, with crispy edges, a juicy patty, and good flavor without being too heavy. The dipping sauce is perfect and a hot sauce on the side could be added. A chilly glass of sparkling wine on a hot night complements the summer vibe. The chicken could use a little more seasoning, but overall it is a great fried chicken place worth a visit.
