“i came on a saturday afternoon and i eat at alot of burger spots, but stackd burger backs the taste up,the texas burger the onion ring was nice and soo crispy, the burger also had flavor, and their fries are nice and crispy,i will be back to try out the fried egg “
“First time visiting, and it was an amazing experience. The food was great, but not the best I’ve had. The chicken was pretty good, but it could’ve been a bit crispier and a little less seasoned. The Potatoes were AMAZING!We went for a friends birthday and did family style dinner which was a great experience. The service was A1 our waitress tended to all our needs and was within arms reach whenever needed. The atmosphere was great. It took about 10 minutes to be seated, there were an influx of people. I had an amazing time hereVegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options available.“
“I ordered to go. Food took about 15~ mins. We ordered the spicy chicken, which tbh wasnt spicy. We ordered 40 wings, and was given 2 spicy packs. Which def wasn't enough. The spicy packs made the chicken taste a lot better, would def ask for more in the future.“
“Came here twice, I tried the potato corndogs and gochujang poppers. Corn dogs where nicely fried, crispiness was amazing. Poppers were good and not dry which is hard to find these days. The sauce didn’t make the poppers soggy.Staff is always friendly. Store is always clean, food is really good. I recommend eating in store since the crispiness of the product might change if take out.“
“Great Culinary experience my friends and I stopped by randomly because we were in the area. To be honest we were pleasantly surprised the drinks were tasty and sturdy shoutout to Owen the bartender. The food came out in great time and was tasty. I would recommend the honey garlic wings, Doubles and curry snapper. But what made our visit Great was that the Chef / owner Calvin came out and had a conversation with us and made us feel at home.10 out of 10“
“Indulging in a feast fit for royalty, I discovered an Indian restaurant that delivered beyond imagination. The butter chicken and garlic naan were the stars of the show, tantalizing my taste buds with their impeccable flavors. What's more, the generous portions and affordable prices make it a dining destination that's hard to beat.“
“Came all the way here from Los Angeles! This is a family owned business and they have another business here in Brooklyn! I love New York and the food was amazing! Will try again! Definitely try everything!!!! So delicious! Met the owner and very nice person! Very “
“The guys working here run it like their own family restaurant. Really nice, clean - great service, pride in their food. The food itself is excellent. No joke, the Extra Hot is nuts. I didn't do their "Reaper" apparently you need to sign a waiver! Highly recommend, great quality! To the homie who helped my daughter and I out yesterday (March 14th), thank you! ?Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff, helped me clean up etc.“
“Great fried chicken sandwiches, fast service and cool atmosphere. Limited seating so expect a wait at busy times. The nashville and tikka sandwiches were both packed with flavor and cooked well, all at a reasonable price. Masala fries were great as well but didn’t pair well with the chipotle sauce. Would go back and recommend!“
“Ordered the veggie burrito bowl. A great option for vegetarians, vegans and people looking for gluten free options just tell them to hold the sour crème. The bowl basically has grilled veggies like eggplant, squash, tomatoes etc over a bed of yellow rice. It comes over a tortilla wrap however you can tell them to exclude or just not eat it. In times where you’re hungry and need a full meal this hits the spot. Great flavors, fresh ingredients and made to order. My favorite place for a Mexican style veggie bowl.“
“I give very little opinion about the restaurants but I want to tell you and share this experience with this restaurant, for me it is the best chicken in New York, the mashed potatoes, the salad and its green sauce, the juices are 100 out of 10 hehe 1000% “
“Very great employees, speak respectfully and honest to the customers and we feel very welcome when it comes to asking for opinions and great chicken with many flavors and options on the menu. Would recommend to anyone who loves spicy foods.“
“Shout out to the owner! I used the 'to good to go' app to order from their store and it was cancelled by the owner and I didn't get notified in time so I went anyway. They ended up not only refunded me but giving the food for free. Not only was he considerate but the food is great!Jerk chicken could be a little spicier but the seasoning is good and he added gravy so it wasn't dry. PLUS he gave me festival, which was delicious. Thanks man ?Actually rating is a 4.5 ✌️“
“As an adult with autism and ADHD, CookUnity is by far the best meal option I've found! It saves me energy, time, it's delicious, and it fulfills my dietary needs without triggering my autistic food aversion. I highly recommend CookUnity in general, and especially for neurodivergent adults.“
“The place was very warm, the manager was very friendly, very clean, and I think that's what we all look for when eating at a pollo.campero. They gave me some delicious empanadas ? It was my first time at this pollo Campero, it was very good, I was delighted with it. “
“I was drunk as hell ? got some chicken over rice with white sauce mozzarella sticks and a sprite. If your drinking don't get the white sauce it is a trigger for vomit as soon as I smelt it I kinda knew but obviously my judgement was empared. I fell asleep for a bit but they didn't bother me. I hopped up just in time not to mess up their lovely establishment but I lit the street and side walk up. ketel-one me-zero my g ?. The staff was friendly and open to Convo. The meal was good my stomach just wasn't ready I finished my meal in the morning. Chicken was seasoned well but you know me I put a lil more salt and pepper. The rice and fries were cooked well and the mozzarella sticks where ok. And the sprite was hitting as always. I'll go back if I'm on another liquor store hunt. Ps drink responsibly“
“I never leave reviews but this place is so great I had to give a shout out! I love Lebanese food and everything here is incredible and authentic, all home made and it shows. Definitely stop by in person and chat with Abdullah, the owner - as others mentioned he will make you feel so welcome, best part of the middle eastern food experience!“
“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“
“I've been eating here weekly for years! An outstanding neighborhood restaurant. Great food and staff. All of the chicken dishes are terrific, but so are the soups, salads, and sides. Vegetarians will still find plenty to enjoy. Don't skip the delicious "purbird sauce" or chargrilled pita.“
“Ordered off of Uber Eats tonight and was not disappointed! For one I usually have Frangos from Queens when family comes over and brings it. I was so surprised to learn there's a location in Brooklyn. So happy to know that now. Back to my food. I ordered the lamb chops. They were well seasoned and tender. I also ordered a medium chicken bites meal with rice and salad. I knew that would be more than one serving to eat. The food arrived and it was fresh. The white sauce on the side is a nice touch. I went with mild but could've gone for the medium spice. I always enjoy Frangos and no other chicken and rice takes the same. I will definitely order again and stop in if I'm downtown Brooklyn!“
“Been to their location in manhattan it was so good that i decided to stop by during a pass through in Bedstuy. I cant get enough of the burgers and wings. They have to open more spots so I can easily get to their food. Definitely looking forward to it again.“
“I feel very sad that I didn’t find this place sooner. Insanely delicious food. The cornbread is one of those things you taste and are literally transported elsewhere. The veggie terrine is also delicious. And highly highly recommend the root veggies and okra and sweet potatoes and collared greens!“
“Come here for the chicken & waffles! You won’t regret it. Got a honey garlic fried chicken (bone-in) and waffles. My fried got the Nashville Hot chicken + Mac & Cheese.Fried chicken was awesome. I ordered chicken thighs but got breast. I never order chicken breast but this was juicy and tender, crispy skin and generously smothered in sauce. Bone-in chicken is way better than chicken tenders. The Honey Garlic flavor reminds me of General Tso’s but way better. The chicken meat was well seasoned, not just the skin. My minor issue is there’s a lot of salt if you’re sensitive to it. Mac and Cheese helped tone it down.Waffles was light, golden and had a nice crunch. Went well with flavored (strawberry?) butter and maple syrup. So good, sugar be damned and No sharing!Decent outdoor seating with umbrellas available when the weather is good.“
“Solid fried catfish platter. You can split the fish for two people and make a couple of sandwiches ? it’s delicious and simple. The dine in situation is ok but it’s kind of in a weird spot in the neighborhood… so we got it to go. If you’re in the mood for fried fish, this is the place. Grab n Go ????“
“That's the one solid Japanese restaurant in my neighborhood. They have a good vibes and have amazing homemade Japanese meals. The bowl has brown rice and fresh protein. I really liked Katsu curry here. If you miss Japanese Katsu curry, you must try it. That'll be full filled you ;)“
“I am looking forward to trying Dave's Hot Chicken. Now, two things, I make minimum wage and already find it tricky paying the $2.90 bus fare, so what can you recommend that is priced fairly but also fulfilling for lunch? Also, I'm not too fond of spicy food. Please let me know, thanks.“
“This is my go to Chinese restaurant. As a vegan I don’t trust many Chinese restaurants will make the food vegan. They often include fish sauce, shrimp paste or some other unwanted seasoning, and with the language barrier it can be difficult to know for sure. This place does it right with good fresh food and lots of vegan choices including tofu dishes and many faux meat options. My favorite is Kung Po Tofu. Sooo good. Prices are very reasonable as well! Try this restaurant out. You won’t be disappointed.Vegetarian options: Check out their menu under Vegetables you’ll find the tofu dishes (my go to section) and under veggie meals you’ll see all the faux meat classics like sesame “chicken” or “beef” with broccoli… fresh and well prepared.Dietary restrictions: This is a great place for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters too. Lots of faux meat options prepared with vegan ingredients. All food is fresh, prepared quickly and delivered without a delay in my experience.“
“First time here. No frills, quick and friendly service. Ordered 2 combo platters. Quarter chicken with corn and mashed potatoes, pernil with mashed potatoes and french fries. Paired well with their spicy green sauce. Very filling, I still had a good portion left to take home. Fries were thin and crispy (they fry it in front of you). Mashed potato was yummy, can't go wrong with this. The chicken and pernil were also seasoned well. I'd come back to try other items on their menu.“
“Hey! I dropped in one night after some drinks and good times after a successful million-dollar home sale and bam! "Don't judge me" lick my fingers back home. The chicken didn't make it ? service was good but not a ton of smiles just give me the plate. I was fine with that. Atmosphere? - A grab and go take out joint. Leave expectations at the door and enjoy the food.“
“Really awesome Korean Fried chicken. They have so many different selections of kfc and always walk out with a satisfying meal. The fried chicken sandwich was also really tasty. The interior is so cute and cozy. The staff were super nice as well. Will be def coming back!“
“I had a great time, but a few things were different. The lemonade was carbonated which shocked me because I wanted lemonade, the juice kind.We ordered fries, they came out cold, cheese on the loaded fries wasn’t melted down.Waffles and chicken was good, server was friendly and helpful ♥️“
“We order delivery from here. The whole chicken with the two side orders is our usual order. The chicken is juicy and arrives temperature hot. Our two favorite sides are dolmades and Greek lemon potatoes. Delicious. Also, really good family run place. I strongly support this place.“
“Just placed my 3rd order and did not disappoint as usual. Only recently discovered and has me coming back for more. The food is very flavorful , well seasoned. I’ve tried the fish, shrimp, oxtails and lamb and all good. The BBQ lamb is to die for, finally BBQ that tastes like I’m in Trinidad. And the garlic and pepper sauce are to die for just like back home. They seriously need to bottle and sell that pepper sauce, I’m obsessed.“
“Welcome to Brooklyn, Jollibee! I have heard many good things about their chicken (and their famous peach mango pie!) so I decided to pay a visit Friday night. The store is located in a sort of mini mall complex that houses several other eateries, including Smashburger and Red Ribbon Bakery. There is an elevated parking garage as well, which comes in handy as parking can be difficult to find here. When I visited, they unfortunately were not ready to serve spicy fried chicken or ube pie yet, so I opted for the 10 piece bucket ($22.99), the pineapple quencher ($3.49 each), and the peach mango pie ($2.99 each). Although I came on a Friday night for takeout, there were plenty of DoorDashers and people sitting down to eat as well. I did not have to wait for very long, and the staff was extremely friendly and well-trained. As for my thoughts, I found the fried chicken to be a little too well-seasoned for my liking. I would have preferred it to be less salty, but when dipped in the gravy (which comes with the bucket) I did find that it was less intense in flavor. However, I was told that the chicken from competitors like Popeye's is actually saltier in flavor compared to that of Jollibee. The skin was pretty crispy and even stayed crispy the next day and the meat was very juicy and succulent. The pineapple quencher drink was too sweet for me and I had to mix some seltzer with it to tone down the sugar. It essentially tasted like pineapple juice with extra added sugar, so it was not my favorite. But, I really liked the peach mango pie and I enjoyed the crispy flaky pastry crust which reminded me of a lighter empanada. The peach and mango chunks inside were warm and gooey-- I definitely would return for this and to try their ube pie as well!“
“Best chorizo breakfast burrito I ever had and their green sauce is KILLER. My favorite breakfast. They’re also the NICEST: I didn’t have cash so they gave me my food for free with the honor policy I’d come back later to pay!Great location in the summer as well for eating/drinking outside with friends.“
“YES! Look no further, this is the only place to eat in Brooklyn. Visited on 26th July. My family flew over from Ireland and we were staying in Cypress Hills. I am so glad that we stumbled upon Super Pollo- the waitress was beautiful and kind. The owner as enthusiastic, welcoming, and grateful for our custom. The chicken is succulent and juicy. No additives, all home made, FRESH food. The avocado salad alone that comes with your meal is crisp and fresh. Homemade salsa with tortilla chips for the table.Big, generous portions, and yet you did not leave feeling that you over ate. This goes to show how healthy the food is. My husband got a cocktail as well- delicious. The next time we land in JFK airport, we will be coming here for dinner. Thank you Super Pollo - and thank you for the tequila shots!“
“I just want to say that the service was excellent. I was short $1.75 for my order and the young lady at the register didn't turn me away. She legit took what I had. Didn't even ask me to come back with the money. Of course I plan on paying the $1.75. The food was fresh and delicious.“
“Yesterday was my first time eating there. I work across the street and went for lunch. When I left work yesterday evening I had to go back there to get more food for my daughter and for me. Delicious and pretty fair prices for the neck of the woods it’s located in. I had the chicken and waffles twice and my daughter had the chicken fingers combo with fries. The food itself was really good and then the dipping sauce made it extra delicious. I will definitely be back!!!“
“Pecking House had some of the best fried chicken I have had in recent times. It was elevated and you could tell there is an extra level of sophistication to their chicken. Different flavors, different techniques and some Asian fusion aspects that pair so perfectly well with the classic American style fried chicken. Cornbread was excellent, dirty fried rice was also superb and the chili chicken sandwich really hit the spot. Can't wait to return to Pecking House in the future! Service was also excellent; super attentive and next level for a more casual place like this one. Don't sleep on the Peanut butter pudding!“
