South Slope hasn’t gotten a clue about this DIVINE mouthwatering Lebanese/American food gem ? Slopers don’t need to go all the way to Bay Ridge for Lebanese food, which quite honestly, based on my experience, isn’t good as this place! During my first visit to the Middle East in 1975 two things that really impressed me were the delicious middle eastern food and the middle eastern tradition of welcoming guests. Both are in full display at Barouk! Abdullah, the owner, will give you a warm welcome and prepare for you authentic tasting Lebanese food. I never leave reviews but this place is so great I had to give a shout out! I love Lebanese food and everything here is incredible and authentic, all home made and it shows. Definitely stop by in person and chat with Abdullah, the owner - as others mentioned he will make you feel so welcome, best part of the middle eastern food experience!
