We had too much food so had some to go and had a late night snack! Chicken wings weren't soggy, Mac and cheese were great! I'd say the chicken strip, chicken wings, and Kim chee fried rice were a good choice. Kids (4,7,9) loved the wings and Mac&cheese.Once we got back to our hotel(NJ), the wings were still good !!! “Pecking House had some of the best fried chicken I have had in recent times. It was elevated and you could tell there is an extra level of sophistication to their chicken. Different flavors, different techniques and some Asian fusion aspects that pair so perfectly well with the classic American style fried chicken. Cornbread was excellent, dirty fried rice was also superb and the chili chicken sandwich really hit the spot. Can't wait to return to Pecking House in the future! “One of my favorite cheap eats in Manhattan. I cannot explain how much I love this place. You go up to the counter to order and the food is ready within 5 minutes and served directly to your small table. And even though the restaurant itself is tiny, there always seems to be an open seat as people eat and leave very quickly. I ordered the Fried Chicken Rice and it was delicious!! Although there isn't a lot of chicken, the fried bits are fried to perfection as it isn't too oily and full of flavor. I especially liked dipping it into the sour and spicy sauce which elevated the chicken. The rice is also to die for as it is seeped with chicken broth, you can just eat this alone without anything else. Also, the soup is incredible as I love how much white pepper they put into the broth, the flavors are so incredibly intense. I love ME Chicken Rice. Probably top 10 favorite eats in NYC!“

He didn't say thank you, just handed it to me in cold silence. My advice would be to hire someone who can at least pretend that they want to be there and act like they appreciate your business. “Heard so much about Rowdy Rooster and finally made it here. We came on a weekday for dinner and it wasn't too crowded, we were able to grab a seat. There are also standing room for a quick bite as well. The place was so adorable! Everything was so colorful and the walls and even the ceiling was decorated with colorful roosters. Our cashier was really helpful in helping us decide what to get bc it's our first time here. She said the thigh meat was better in the sandwich and indeed it was one of the best chickens I have ever had. It was so crispy but so tender on the inside. Loved the sandwiches so much bc it was full of Indian spices too! The mango lassi was amazing, definitely comparable to any sit-down Indian restaurant. We also had a hard time deciding what sauce to get and she gave us a complimentary sauce in addition to the one we bought, so we got to try both sesame yogurt and mint chutney, which were both delicious! “Delicious Food! Fast Service! Nice decor with beautiful ceiling. Our server Norbert was pleasant and professional, suggesting the best of what the restaurant offers (which is everything including the bread basket and condiments.) Everything we ordered was amazing: the fried calamari morsels were fresh and tender in a delicious, light batter. Clams on the half shell were so fresh and succulent! The meatballs, eggplant parm, chicken parm and chicken francese were entrees that were big on both taste and portion size. I will definitely come back and tell all my friends about Francesco's Supper Club.“
“I've been ordering from this location for months since they opened, their chicken is crisp on the outside, so juicy on the inside and the seasoning consistantly surpasses any other chicken I've had. I've shared it with friends and colleagues. Today I experienced something even better. I placed a delivery order at work and when I got home to have this wonderful meal, my order was wrong, I like dark meat, they sent me white. I went on their website and left a complaint of my disappointment no less than 10 minutes, the store manager, Alexis called me to apologize and asked how could he fix this for me. “My mother and I visit Max's Restaurant every now and then when she wants to eat Kare Kare. It's not usually busy when we visit, and we normally know what we'll order by the time we sit down, usually Kare Kare, sinigang na baboy, rice, and maybe an additional dish for variety. It's never too loud when we dine in but there's occasionally a large party dining while we're here. I think Max's is a spot that we'll always continue to visit. The reason for my four stars as opposed to five is because I finished my cup of water a while ago and they haven't refilled it yet. I think that attention to detail is small but important.“
“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“This is my go to (and my son’s) all the time. My absolute favorite are the shrimp buns. My son gets the shrimp buns and the beef bulgogi is his main course. I sometime splurge and get the 3+2 garlic and soy sauce flavored wings and drumsticks. What I love is both freshness, taste and consistency. It’s a husband and wife small business so also love being able to help our local economy. It sure helps they’re so pleasant. “The closest thing to Nashville Hot Chicken that I’ve had outside of Nashville. I ordered 3 “hot” tenders and mac & cheese. I could only finish 2 tenders — they’re huge! I was pleasantly surprised with the mac & cheese as a lot of places make it pretty bland, but this one was decent. For me, the “hot” was pretty spicy and any spicier would be too much for me. I will say that the breading on the tenders is a *tad* thick. I think if they coat the chicken a bit thinner, it would be better. Still enjoyed it though and will be back for sure.“
