Based on the reviews, Masa Madre is a fantastic bakery in Queens. The pastries are out of this world, and the sourdough loaf and foccaccia are also out of this world. Their famous conchas are delicious, and everything else they make is great. The Sweet Bread is simply outstanding. The 3 leches cake passion fruit is delicious. They also sell various pastries, tortas, and sandwiches, which usually sell out before 4pm. Custom cake orders, like the Opera cake, are taken with care and are perfect. The Agua frescas are delicious and refreshing. The people are super friendly and the mood is light and fun. It is a very calm place to go and a must go to eatery.
