“The coffee house is chill, places to sit, wait time isn't bad at all. The staff are kind and accommodating and the prices are fair too (trust me, it's not outrageous!)
Besides that, this place host some events on Thursdays (every other Thursday, dont quote me though) and if you're new to Sunnyside I recommend it!
TLDR: support local and come here!“

“Great space for community feeling and good juice. I must admit I love spending time here in their garden and enjoy the juice. Everything is perfect and I love the pet/cat friendly vibe they giving. It would be perfect if the staffs doesn’t look that “bothered”, unfriendly and tired- I truly feel like they are underpaid and overworked. Hope the owner treat their employees decently because without the human aspect, its hard to build long term business. I am living near the neighborhood so I will come back to see the change.“

“Bee cafe is a very quaint little neighborhood spot offering specialty drinks and a variety of food. The vibe is a quirky summer camp feel with plenty of plants in mason jars.. The back area of the cafe mimics an outdoor picnic area with a trailer, without actually being outside. Its popular with folks lounging with their laptops. It connects with a laundry mat, so you can do your laundry and have a relaxing meal or a beverage while you wait! Bee Cafe is definitely worth a trip over to Woodside.“

“Drinks are good, not cheap but not as expensive as all of these crazy cafes out there trying to get away with 8+ for a drink especially in a working class neighborhood. Pup cups +++. And the nicest baristas! When I go in they seem genuinely positive and happy to be there.“
“This deli is awesome. Very convenient, wide variety of products and reasonable prices. I love buying RAW rolling papers here. They also have fresh rolls(bread). Overall this is a great bodega and the owners are kind and humble people. Sunnyside deli FTW!!!!!“

“This is a great Latin cafe spot in the neighborhood that serves anything you can want. I had the Torta 69 style, I wasn’t too blown away by it and I’ve definitely had better tortas elsewhere. They do have a lunch special and the chicken soup was really good. I also had the iced coffee which was perfect for a hot summer day. I would definitely come back to try other menu items out.“

“We first had our “taste” of Kabayan when my wife and I were invited by our friends for dinner, last month. We were impressed with the relaxing, friendly ambience of the place, the delicious food and great service of their Staff: QT and Justin. Tonight (April 23rd) we brought our own friends and grown up children to celebrate our Eldest Son’s Birthday. I only have SUPERLATIVES for this Place. Kabayan is the best really. All the food we ordered were excellent ( they have an excellent Chef), the ambience, atmosphere and most especially the great service of : QT and Justin. I even got to meet its Manager tonight, Jen. Very, very gracious and hospitable people and staff. I will bring all our friends and visitors here to Kabayan! I highly recommend Kabayan, “ hindi ka mapapahiya”.“

“Kusina Pinoy Bistro is truly one of the best Filipino restaurants in Queens! The food is authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish reminds you of a comforting home-cooked Filipino meal.
What really stood out during our visit was their new Kamayan menu. Not only delicious and generous in portion, but also such a fun and memorable dining experience to share with family and friends. Everything was perfectly seasoned and freshly prepared.
The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can really feel the warmth of Filipino hospitality here. The ambiance is also excellent! Clean, cozy, and vibrant without being too crowded (depends on time and day of the week).
Highly recommend Kusina Pinoy Bistro if you’re craving amazing Filipino food in Woodside. Definitely a must-try, especially their new Kamayan menu!“

“From the moment I walked through the door until I left I may have had the best experience ordering food out. This place by far had the friendliest staff with knowledge and help to get you through their ordering process. My first time in and I didn’t feel rushed every worker was smiling and every single person I spoke to said hello. Now the food I ordered the chicken and beef combo absolutely amazing 5 stars all the way and I’m not easily satisfied when it comes to eating dinner out. After ordering I left on my way home I realized I had someone in my party with a food allergy I called the store and immediately they went in the back to check the ingredients on one of the sauces lucky for my family member they could still eat the food and I did not need to go somewhere else. I will 100 percent be coming back to this food establishment. Thank you for the amazing food and by far the best service I have had in a very long time.“

“First time eating Bolivian food and it was out of this world! Saltenas were rich, juicy, and hearty (start at one end) and the Sopa de Mani is not at all what I expected peanut soup to taste like. think of Rich complex New England clam chowder without the clams. really no peanutty taste at all. the owner was wonderful as well“
