“I come here often and the people are sweet, the food is good, but I genuinely cannot remember the last time they got my bagel order correct. I’m talking consistently wrong for the past few years. I’m beginning to think they are out to get me.. I almost double checked today, but I saw how clearly the order read, “NO EGG” (currently have major egg ick) and thought…, “you know what? Today they will get it right.”… as I walked home with the brown paper bag… something didn’t feel right.. it was too heavy…. When I opened it, sure enough, there was egg. My order was wrong again. Considering my coffee and bagel cost me $20 with an 18% tip, I’m slightly pissed off. Alas, I’ll be back, but next time I’m checking (I won’t).“

“This place was an amazing find right before going to a show at the Knockdown Center. We had 2 Chicken Fajitas and some Chicharrones. We did not expect to finish the whole meal but it was so tasty that we had to. The service was great and we got a little complimentary shot of liquor mid meal. Great food, great prices and fun atmosphere. Would definitely come back if I was in the area.“

“I heard the chicken sandwich here is good, but it took me a few times to get it. They sell out quickly so you need to order ahead. I put in a pickup order and headed over towards Halsey Street on the L to get it. The sandwich is quite good, and comes with coleslaw on the side.“

“Best coffee shop in the area. Even with all the coffee shops Ridgewood has to offer, Variety is a standout. Great pastries, excellent coffee, and always fast service. The folks are kind and efficient and I always can find a spot if I am looking to read a little while I enjoy my confetti cookie.“

“Cool neighborhood bar. This is a very spacious bar. They have a pool table and some games. The service is good. The prices are great. It's a laid back atmosphere. You can order food in the back. I didn't try the food so I can't rate it. Maybe next time I go I'll try it.“

“I've been craving Pineapple Fried Rice for a while motivated me to try Tasty Thai. I'm not sure if it was because I was hungry but the moment I shoved that spoon in my mouth I melted with flavors. It was so good and it had a hint with sweetness which I adored. I added Chicken to it which was such a good hint of protein“

“Wonder has been one of our most consistent go-tos. Pickup is usually easy, the system works, the space is clean, and the food has honestly surprised me from day one. When they first opened, it felt like every order was dialed in, like the kitchen cared.

I’ve tried a ton of the menu and there are staples I keep coming back to: the salmon is always generously portioned and perfectly cooked, the sauces and capers are on point, and the broccolini is genuinely one of the best sides I’ve had anywhere - that char + acidity goes with everything. Even the simple stuff like fries and potatoes hit when they’re done right.

That’s why I’m leaving this review: lately I’ve had a stretch of 5-6 orders with small misses that didn’t used to happen - missing toppings, uneven pizzas, a pizza with a huge bubble, broccolini missing the lemon dressing, stuff like that. Not enough to stop ordering, but enough that it makes me stick to the “safe” items instead of exploring.

Still a big fan, still ordering regularly, just hoping the consistency snaps back to how it was because Wonder at its best is hard to beat.“

“I’ve gone here twice. Once right after my mother’s funeral and they were not only extremely welcoming but soooo thoughtful and sweet. Almost a month later my cousin and I went back and again they did not disappoint!!! Service food and drinks are all a 10 out of 10❤️ this will definitely be my stop whenever I’m in town“

“I only got the cold brew straight black coffee. I do enjoy the atmosphere here. I live around the neighborhood and walked pass the Cafe numerous times. I always wanted to walk in and try it. I love the energy the staff members bring. It's not very big, but that's okay. It's a cozy spot for coffee or tea. I'm definitely coming back to try their tea!“

“Very cheap and very fast! The eggplant dish I had was delicious and the orange chicken is the best I've had in Queens! ? Street parking is easy to find nearby. The owners are super nice too and there are three tables for very casual inside dining and it looks like they deliver nearby!“

“Great place to get that chicken over rice itch you gotta scratch. And they always give generous portions so you’re really getting a great deal whenever you come here. Each time I’ve come here, it has not disappointed me. Highly recommend“
