“Traveled from out of town to see a friend but also maybe mostly to eat the spicy chicken katsu that I’ve dreamt of since Mini Mart/Mama Yoshi’s used to be a pop up at All Night Skate and we would go sit outside in the cold and enjoy the food and a cocktail. Moved out of reach in 2022 and my life has not been complete without the sandwhich I’ve evangelized across several countries and continents. Thankfully as spicy or at least close to as spicy as it has always been. Thanks for keeping the quality and quantity the same and the prices really much closer than I expected. And sick merch per usual.“

“Got the VCR 16 pie. The Cesar salad with chicken cutlet and parm garlic bread sticks. Pizza was definitely above average a smash between old world and modern style. Thin crust but not to thin. Bread sticks were classic the side garlic butter sauce is a nice complement.

The Cesar salad is as advertised incredible. 100% recommend. Dressing and cheese is perfect.
On 4 stars for service because they didnt have to go utensils at all, even when asked.

“I have been coming here for the past 8 years or so. The food is amazing, it’s been consistent every time I come. The staff is attentive and make sure their guests are doing well and continuously asking if we need anything. I love their drinks, I’ve had mojitos, margaritas, etc. Lorenzo always welcomes my friends and myself with a smile and amazing energy. The atmosphere has progressed overtime and keeps getting better. I highly recommend coming to visit hungry burrito for delicious food, great drinks, and a great time.“

“Nice neighborhood coffee spot with a friendly staff and a welcoming vibe. The coffee was really good and exactly what you want from a solid local café. It has that typical coffee shop atmosphere where most tables are filled with people working on their laptops, which makes it feel lively but still relaxed. A good place to grab a coffee and spend some time.“

This blew it out the park for me! This roll had me double take and check if it was vegan lol. Flavor was phenomenal in my opinion.

“I realized I’ve never left a review despite ordering from here for YEARS. E-chiban has some of the best sushi in town for quality and price. It’s one of the few places I get delivery from and the quality and portion size is always great. Their prices have gone up, but I do feel with how much they give you it’s worth it (especially the salmon sashimi dinner)! Their delivery driver (Mok?) is always so kind, remembers my name and order, and is great at his job. It’s nice being a regular here. I’ve tried other places nearby and they don’t come close imo.“

“Man… this is one of the best businesses in existence. I’ve gotten various cakes from them over the years , and every single time they have been consistently delicious, rich, and exuberant. The tres leches is not too sweet, and the frosting complements the cake as well. It’s overall a very well rounded cake.

The service is spectacular as well — they can prepare an order for you in no time, and will decorate it and ensure that it is beautiful. All the while being as friendly as possible.

And the price, is more than fair.

It truly is rare nowadays to find businesses who are in it to be good business owners, and I find this bakery to be the cream of the crop. I love them .“

“Wonder has been one of our most consistent go-tos. Pickup is usually easy, the system works, the space is clean, and the food has honestly surprised me from day one. When they first opened, it felt like every order was dialed in, like the kitchen cared.

I’ve tried a ton of the menu and there are staples I keep coming back to: the salmon is always generously portioned and perfectly cooked, the sauces and capers are on point, and the broccolini is genuinely one of the best sides I’ve had anywhere - that char + acidity goes with everything. Even the simple stuff like fries and potatoes hit when they’re done right.

That’s why I’m leaving this review: lately I’ve had a stretch of 5-6 orders with small misses that didn’t used to happen - missing toppings, uneven pizzas, a pizza with a huge bubble, broccolini missing the lemon dressing, stuff like that. Not enough to stop ordering, but enough that it makes me stick to the “safe” items instead of exploring.

Still a big fan, still ordering regularly, just hoping the consistency snaps back to how it was because Wonder at its best is hard to beat.“

The waitress usually offers us hot tea, on the house, which is very nice and helps in the cold weather.

If you can, go in person. Going in person here is such a more satisfying experience than over paying a delivery app with a bunch of fees. Great service. Great food. Great value. Can’t ask for much more!“

“Celebrated my son’s college graduation with an amazing dinner at Joe & John’s Pizzeria on Myrtle Ave in Ridgewood, Queens. Everything turned out to be great and fun. We lucked out to have been there the night the Knicks played and was a great experience watching the Knicks win. The food….OMG THE FOOD (love the square pepperoni pizza, penne with vodka sauce, skirt steak, chicken parm and everything we ate)…was delicious and their team was great!!!!!“

“As someone born and raised in Thessaloniki, I know a proper gyro. Gyro World gets it right. The pork gyro is spot on - juicy, seasoned just like we do it back home, carved fresh off the spit, wrapped in soft pita with tomato, onion, and real tzatziki. Tastes like Greece.

My brother got the chicken gyro and it is just as good. Tender, full of flavor, with that nice char. You can tell they care about doing it properly.

The place feels welcoming. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. No frills, just honest, quality Greek food. If you’re looking for a proper gyro in New York, this is the spot.“
