“The chicken momos here are sooo good. It comes with the soup even if you don’t ask for it, which makes the experience of eating momos here much better. Of course you can request them to not add the soup in though. Also, the bubble tea here is really really good. It tastes exactly how the fruit is supposed to taste (ex: lychee bubble tea does taste like lychee). Since it mostly just serves bubble tea and momos, I’ve only tried those and giving feedback for them. Service is great, they’re so respectful and nice to you. Atmosphere gets 4 stars because the place isn’t always comfy. The pricing is great too.“

“This is a hidden gem in the Lower East Side. They make pretty good boba but I want to talk about the interior. The nostalgia in here is amazing. Everything looks like it was personally selected. The the curation of this place is sick. I got the Grapefruit Delight. I was skeptical of trying it because I thought it would be tart but it was actually smooth. No tartness at all. With amount of lychee. Not to discredit how good the boba but this spot is fire to me and I would just chill in here if I could. Whoever did the decor needs a raise lol. “Bubble tea was delicious, ordering was a little confusing - I used the self-order screen but there was no one at the counter to complete the transaction.
It's a small store so I waited outside and walked around for ~10-15 minutes, went back in, and was finally attended to. Not sure why the other worker didn't help me out or give me any indication what was going on, pretty sure other customers that came after me got their drinks.
Kind of annoying but at least the Asian guy was attentive and competent and like I said the tea was delicious. I'd go back again.

“I was in the area after a yoga session and decided to get a matcha afterwards. I usually go to Haraz, but wanted to try something new. I got the Levitea matcha and Jeffery was so helpful in explaining the different drinks on the menu and really attentive to the quality of my drink. “The staff spoke little English. My wife asked a question while ordering at the kiosk, the staff spoke to each other but did not acknowledge us. I then went up to someone and asked again the exact same question about an item we wanted to order not available on the kiosk, he just stared at me and ignored me while preparing other orders.
They were busy but this establishment is mainly for Asian customers.

Our food items were good. The mango drink was very good, and the pastel de nata was made well and fresh.

I do not know if I would come back if met with such a poor customer service experience.“

“Love coming here for bubble tea! Some of the best I’ve had in lower Manhattan. Service is quick and friendly too. Only a couple of barstools for seating so it’s more of an in-and-out kind of place. Their drinks tend to be on the sweeter end but if you let them know to make it half sweet then they turn out perfect for me.“

We exclusively get the bamboo kiwi oolong tea (with tea jelly) and it hits the spot for a refreshing and unique fruit tea. What’s actually crazy tho is that I was there today and got us two teas (you know which kind) and they gave me like a gold seal Statue of Liberty cat. It’s actual gold, it came with a grading I’m not joking. I assume it’s for Lunar New Year, but like this store just gave me gold for free? That’s crazy. They need a second location, preferably in Brooklyn next to my apartment building

“I got the Pisces drink (mango/lychee/jasmine green tea) 70% sweet and less ice. It was perfectly sweet without being overly sweet or watery. The strawberry heart jelly was unique so I couldn’t help but try it!! I was told that the brown sugar milk tea was good as well and the prices are very reasonable considering the size (they only have one size, the drinks are about $5.50 but it might depend what you get) I’ll definitely come back again to try their other drinks, food, and desserts. They sell ice cream and mochi donuts too! They have a kiosk where you can order from and indoor seating. The service is fast.“

“i tried the mango milk and my gf had matcha milk. we also got nuggets, mozzi sticks, fries and i think my gf got a eel onigiri. i cant speak for the onigiri cause i didnt try it but all of the food was hot and crispy and honestly the nuggets gave better mcd nuggets. and it was all pretty affordable. we got all that for under 35$ if i remember correctly. the drinks were sweet and creamy but a good price for the size.“
