“I luv luv luv CoCo fresh. I give this place stars as customer service goes far n beyond to assist bubbles n boba are always fresh. Plus we luv the Tuesday special n the wait is not that long as you can order via kiosk or from the cashier.

“I want to say this regard to others' reviews. I think they had some eletric problems in the kitchen more than a month ago, but now they should have them fixed already. As foods-wise, the owners decided not to serve foods after 6pm, is because not whole of people would order them after 6pm.

The reason for four stars is because that the staff doesn't clean the tables and floors in the front when the owners aren't there, especially they aren't that busy at certain times of the day.“

“This is a small, peaceful place. Service is great and what I ate, was excellent!
I had a zacusca toast, which is an eggplant spread with roasted peppers on multi grain bread, and an egg on top.
It was so yummy, and the perfect little bite after a doctor's appointment.“

“I stumbled upon this place because I was in the area. I got a brown sugar bubble tea. It was delicious, I love that I could taste the richness of the tea. I also got the unagi and spicy mayo salmon inari. They were really yummy! I would recommend giving this place a try.“

“Everything we ordered was delicious. The chicken over rice was really good; not too heavy but still very fragrant. The drinks were also surprisingly good. Tangwhan was excellent throughout the entire meal, providing excellent service from start to finish.“

The Chicken Katsu and my boyfriend had the Oxtail meal, so far the Chicken Katsu is one of my favorite meals (besides the oxtail empanadas lol) would recommend more people to try it and explore their other foods. “Bubble tea was delicious, ordering was a little confusing - I used the self-order screen but there was no one at the counter to complete the transaction.
It's a small store so I waited outside and walked around for ~10-15 minutes, went back in, and was finally attended to. Not sure why the other worker didn't help me out or give me any indication what was going on, pretty sure other customers that came after me got their drinks.
Kind of annoying but at least the Asian guy was attentive and competent and like I said the tea was delicious. I'd go back again.
Also, they charge a small fee for cards so bring some cash.“

“Best poke in Great Neck! We pick up from here weekly and the portions are definitely bigger than Mr. Poke on Great Neck Rd. Love the huge drink variety and the 20% discount. The staff is great and the food is always fresh and consistent. Definitely our favorite convenient local spot!“

“The staff spoke little English. My wife asked a question while ordering at the kiosk, the staff spoke to each other but did not acknowledge us. I then went up to someone and asked again the exact same question about an item we wanted to order not available on the kiosk, he just stared at me and ignored me while preparing other orders.
They were busy but this establishment is mainly for Asian customers.

Our food items were good. The mango drink was very good, and the pastel de nata was made well and fresh.

I do not know if I would come back if met with such a poor customer service experience.“

“They have great food. I always ordered online but with ordering from grubhub comes an annoying issue which is that they have their own delivery person and with that i can’t track the delivery and the store never respond to the calls i make to ask about the order.

My Favorite is the strawberry Marcha with Coffee Jelly. I love that you can customize the sugar levels. Alsooo the fries! Is soooo good! I always bring my friends here for a treat.“

“i tried the mango milk and my gf had matcha milk. we also got nuggets, mozzi sticks, fries and i think my gf got a eel onigiri. i cant speak for the onigiri cause i didnt try it but all of the food was hot and crispy and honestly the nuggets gave better mcd nuggets. and it was all pretty affordable. we got all that for under 35$ if i remember correctly. the drinks were sweet and creamy but a good price for the size.“

“Wonderful little Chai Shop serving a variety of milk teas and chai with delicious snacks. Such a hidden gem and the owner is really sweet and welcoming. It was my first time trying Kashmiri milk tea and it was absolutely delightful. The boba has the perfect texture too. Nice cozy spot to sit and relax. After an indecisive debate between Thai, Mediterranean, and Indian food, Thai was the winner. The basil fried rice and Panang curry were comforting and the colors were beautiful. The restaurant is a sweet little space and a rainy-night win.“

“It's been some time since I had bubble tea, and was pleasantly surprised when I drove by this Lynbrook, Long Island location on my drive.
We walked in, and were presented with a clean and tidy store, with indoor seating and ample lighting.
The staff member took our order with a smile and was very polite. She also was able to recommend toppings for our drink order.
There's a large menu displayed to the left of the counter, showing a variety of drinks, from Milk Teas, to Slushes, punches, and even soy drinks. It is clearly labeled which items contain or not contain caffeine, nuts, and gluten, for the allergy conscious.

Here is what we ordered, and was thoroughly enjoyed due to the great taste and quality:
1) Taro Milk Tea w/boba (my go to )
2) Caribbean Breeze Slush
3) Mocha Slush w/ Orea crumbles
4) Regular Milk Tea w/boba

I highly recommend this location, due to it's cleanliness and pleasant staff, and most of all, great tasting drinks ! Kudos to the owner for keeping this place in tip-top shape and ensuring the staff are professional and courteous.“

“Came here with my wife and her cousin and husband for the first time. The food is delicious and the portions are good. They don't serve alcohol but it is BYOB there. We had the grilled pork chop, salmon appetizer and pork belly. We would definitely get everything again. “PYO Chai is such a cool place for anyone to enjoy desi flavors for bubble tea! I really appreciate the thought that went into the decoration and wall art, and the menu is very diverse and unique. They seem to have a lot of specialty flavor combinations, which makes each experience different. A heads up for anyone who is lactose intolerant, they are not able to adjust the milk of the chai, but they can for the boba options. They were kind enough to make a rose milk tea with earl grey and oat milk for me, even though it wasn’t on the menu! The flavors were really nice and well balanced, but the bubbles were difficult to chew and not the greatest quality. I’d definitely like to try more of the menu when I’m around!“

“We had a wonderful athlete team party yesterday at Kiko Ramen in Manhasset.
John and his staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the event. They provided us with a private area for the team, while the parent guests were comfortably seated in another section.
They even created a special group menu that included appetizers, entrées, and drinks. It was an excellent experience overall. For anyone planning a gathering in the neighborhood, Kiko Ramen is definitely the place to go!“
