“This place is great and has amazing prices. Ever since I moved to Ridgewood from Arkansas it’s been really hard to find things that are good at a good price. The workers are also so friendly, welcoming, amazing, nice, and also handsome. The gentleman that served me, I recall his name being Nathaniel, was very patient with me as I tried to figure out what I would like from this amazing menu. I will hundred percent come back and I’m so excited.“

“I tried the strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba, and it was pretty good. The smoothie tasted fresh and the strawberry flavor was nice. The boba added a fun texture to the drink. However, after drinking a lot of it, it became a little too sweet for me. Overall it was enjoyable, but the location is a bit far, so it’s not somewhere I would go very often.“

“Wonder has been one of our most consistent go-tos. Pickup is usually easy, the system works, the space is clean, and the food has honestly surprised me from day one. When they first opened, it felt like every order was dialed in, like the kitchen cared.

I’ve tried a ton of the menu and there are staples I keep coming back to: the salmon is always generously portioned and perfectly cooked, the sauces and capers are on point, and the broccolini is genuinely one of the best sides I’ve had anywhere - that char + acidity goes with everything. Even the simple stuff like fries and potatoes hit when they’re done right.

That’s why I’m leaving this review: lately I’ve had a stretch of 5-6 orders with small misses that didn’t used to happen - missing toppings, uneven pizzas, a pizza with a huge bubble, broccolini missing the lemon dressing, stuff like that. Not enough to stop ordering, but enough that it makes me stick to the “safe” items instead of exploring.

Still a big fan, still ordering regularly, just hoping the consistency snaps back to how it was because Wonder at its best is hard to beat.“

“This is a hidden gem in the Lower East Side. They make pretty good boba but I want to talk about the interior. The nostalgia in here is amazing. Everything looks like it was personally selected. The the curation of this place is sick. I got the Grapefruit Delight. I was skeptical of trying it because I thought it would be tart but it was actually smooth. No tartness at all. With amount of lychee. Not to discredit how good the boba but this spot is fire to me and I would just chill in here if I could. Whoever did the decor needs a raise lol. “I love Heytea and this place was great. This time I tried the brown sugar milk boba without the tea since I can’t have caffeine. It was really good. I think the milk was thicker than I expected. I wish I got 25% sugar instead of half but it still tasted good. My friend got the mango coconut boom and she liked it.“

“The other reviews already say everything, of if i could go beyond 5 stars. I had a cold and asked if they had hot tea. The lady offered to make me a hot lemon honey tea which wasnt even on the menu and asked me if i wanted it any sweeter after my first sip. I also ordered a mochi donut and it was the most delightful thing ive ever tried. Im a cheapskate, but those 4.25 were worth every penny. “The staff spoke little English. My wife asked a question while ordering at the kiosk, the staff spoke to each other but did not acknowledge us. I then went up to someone and asked again the exact same question about an item we wanted to order not available on the kiosk, he just stared at me and ignored me while preparing other orders.
They were busy but this establishment is mainly for Asian customers.

Our food items were good. The mango drink was very good, and the pastel de nata was made well and fresh.

I do not know if I would come back if met with such a poor customer service experience.“

“Bubble tea was delicious, ordering was a little confusing - I used the self-order screen but there was no one at the counter to complete the transaction.
It's a small store so I waited outside and walked around for ~10-15 minutes, went back in, and was finally attended to. Not sure why the other worker didn't help me out or give me any indication what was going on, pretty sure other customers that came after me got their drinks.

“I’ve only ordered delivery service from here before, and I really love their food.

I usually get the juicy burger meal, it comes with the burger, fries, and choice of drink. I think it’s a really good value meal. I also get it with chicken wings and it’s delicious with my Chick-fil-A sauce at home lol.

I also enjoy their egg and spam onigiri, it sounds plain but I thought the same, but once I tried it, it was better than I thought, give it a try. I usually can’t finish eveything so I leave the onigiri for later at night time, when I am hungry.
