“Came here with my wife and her cousin and husband for the first time. The food is delicious and the portions are good. They don't serve alcohol but it is BYOB there. We had the grilled pork chop, salmon appetizer and pork belly. We would definitely get everything again. When we were getting ready to leave we even ended up running into more of her family because they go there on the regular. Such a big world yet so small lol. See you guys next time. Thank you“

“Came in early a.m., walked in to a bright and energetic atmosphere. Greeted by the cashier I gave my order. 1 Coffee and 6 donuts, not only was the price right; the donuts were phenomenal. I was unsure of what to get but they were patient with me lol I am a bit of a coffee snob and this was one of the best I’ve had. I’m always weary going into new territory (my own bs) but this was a delightful encounter for sure. I will absolutely be returning (with my children) as they could not get enough of the donuts. My new favorite spot without a doubt!!“

“This is a hidden gem in the Lower East Side. They make pretty good boba but I want to talk about the interior. The nostalgia in here is amazing. Everything looks like it was personally selected. The the curation of this place is sick. I got the Grapefruit Delight. I was skeptical of trying it because I thought it would be tart but it was actually smooth. No tartness at all. With amount of lychee. Not to discredit how good the boba but this spot is fire to me and I would just chill in here if I could. Whoever did the decor needs a raise lol. The Chicken Katsu and my boyfriend had the Oxtail meal, so far the Chicken Katsu is one of my favorite meals (besides the oxtail empanadas lol) would recommend more people to try it and explore their other foods. “The staff spoke little English. My wife asked a question while ordering at the kiosk, the staff spoke to each other but did not acknowledge us. I then went up to someone and asked again the exact same question about an item we wanted to order not available on the kiosk, he just stared at me and ignored me while preparing other orders.
They were busy but this establishment is mainly for Asian customers.

Our food items were good. The mango drink was very good, and the pastel de nata was made well and fresh.

I do not know if I would come back if met with such a poor customer service experience.“

It's a small store so I waited outside and walked around for ~10-15 minutes, went back in, and was finally attended to. Not sure why the other worker didn't help me out or give me any indication what was going on, pretty sure other customers that came after me got their drinks.
Kind of annoying but at least the Asian guy was attentive and competent and like I said the tea was delicious. I'd go back again.

“I got the Pisces drink (mango/lychee/jasmine green tea) 70% sweet and less ice. It was perfectly sweet without being overly sweet or watery. The strawberry heart jelly was unique so I couldn’t help but try it!! I was told that the brown sugar milk tea was good as well and the prices are very reasonable considering the size (they only have one size, the drinks are about $5.50 but it might depend what you get) I’ll definitely come back again to try their other drinks, food, and desserts. They sell ice cream and mochi donuts too! They have a kiosk where you can order from and indoor seating. The service is fast.“

“Best Chicken Ever!!!! I was so tired from walking around that I saw this chicken shop near me. I went in and ordered this 13$ chicken set with 3 big chicken
drumsticks, salad and French fries. The fries are so crispy on the outside and tastes so delicious. I was supposed to eat it at home but it smells so good that I ate half of the fries and one drumstick right at the spot. The chicken is so crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It goes well with Korean spicy sauce. Love this place. Will come again! I didn’t get the free boba for this review!!! Writing this review because I actually enjoyed the chicken!“
