“My friend goes here frequently so recently I went to check out the hype. They did not disappoint! The prices are reasonable, the portions are perfect, and the food is heavenly. I can’t get enough of this place and have been 3x in the past two weeks. The workers are nice and the service fast despite it just being two workers. Time doesn’t exist in this place, because I get lost in the food every time. I would personally recommend ordering the set meal with honey-soy sauce, seasoned fries, a large brown sugar milk tea, and an add-on of the Mr Chicken hot dog. The inside may be small, but it’s big enough to become my new home. If you want good food and a good time then come down, if not then move along knowing you’re missing out.“

“I stumbled upon this place because I was in the area. I got a brown sugar bubble tea. It was delicious, I love that I could taste the richness of the tea. I also got the unagi and spicy mayo salmon inari. They were really yummy! I would recommend giving this place a try.“

“This is a hidden gem in the Lower East Side. They make pretty good boba but I want to talk about the interior. The nostalgia in here is amazing. Everything looks like it was personally selected. The the curation of this place is sick. I got the Grapefruit Delight. I was skeptical of trying it because I thought it would be tart but it was actually smooth. No tartness at all. With amount of lychee. Not to discredit how good the boba but this spot is fire to me and I would just chill in here if I could. Whoever did the decor needs a raise lol. I wish I got 25% sugar instead of half but it still tasted good. My friend got the mango coconut boom and she liked it.“

“The staff spoke little English. My wife asked a question while ordering at the kiosk, the staff spoke to each other but did not acknowledge us. I then went up to someone and asked again the exact same question about an item we wanted to order not available on the kiosk, he just stared at me and ignored me while preparing other orders.
They were busy but this establishment is mainly for Asian customers.

Our food items were good. The mango drink was very good, and the pastel de nata was made well and fresh.

I do not know if I would come back if met with such a poor customer service experience.“

“They have great food. I always ordered online but with ordering from grubhub comes an annoying issue which is that they have their own delivery person and with that i can’t track the delivery and the store never respond to the calls i make to ask about the order.

Me and my friend got magic matcha and rose Sakura (I believe there called) it seems to be a small business but even besides that the women ordering my drink was very sweet and spared me off 50cents because I didn't have the full money to pay. “Tbaar is my favorite bubble tea spot across all boroughs. I order the standard milk tea (black tea base) with boba from all bubble tea places, and Tbaar holds as my favorite. It's got a little something extra with a sweet, roasted flavor and the boba itself is solid. I usually get 50% sweetness with every drink, as their fruit tea is also nice, specifically the aloe grapefruit. Lucky to have it in Park Slope.“
