Been here twice. First time was great. Got a bubble waffle and a bubble tea. The waffle was good, the icecream I purchased on the side for the waffle had a little freezer burn. But it was good regardless. Last night I visited and wanted to purchase a bubble waffle. This was at 11:40, he informed me that he could not make it because they closed in 20 minutes. It's not like the UK Chai Wala, but it had to do, we were feeling a Kashmiri Chai so we came down here from Williamsburg NYC whilst we were staying there. The staff are very cool, chill and very helpful, The Chai wasn't too bad either.Dietary restrictions: It's halal and vegetarian

While the iced coconut milk tea and the iced Kashmiri milk tea didn't quite hit the mark for us, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious chai. The attentive service and the charming small backyard sitting area were additional highlights of our experience.
