For this place, you probably will not eat at the restaurant. Not really a sit-down place although they have some tables and chairs. Who cares. The dumpling are ABSOLUTELY amazing and fresh. Homemade! My favorite dumplings are the basil chicken dumplings. My wife really likes the shrimp dumplings (both fried). We had the sesame pancakes with beef and they are just heaven. Very good all around.

Order for pickup as it will take a bit since they make them on the spot. I will be including photos my next trip since I've been unable to avoid tearing into my food before taking photos.“

“I love this cafe. Their pastries are made everyday by the couple that owns this shop. My mom loves it here bc she is diabetic and their goods aren’t over sugared at all. You can still taste the baked goods without the extra sugary sweetness their lava bread is to die for by the way!“

“I rarely leave reviews online. But I must say. This place is amazing!! I got shredded chicken banh mi, papaya salad, iced coffee and desert. They all tasted absolutely delicious!! Papaya salad veggies were super fresh. And the portion size?? AMAZING!! recently portion sizes at restaurants sizeably decreased especially for salads. But this place surprised me!! The baguette for the bread was also fresh and light and was toasted to perfection. Deliver was right on time! Which is a whole another level of skill in nyc. The Chicken Katsu and my boyfriend had the Oxtail meal, so far the Chicken Katsu is one of my favorite meals (besides the oxtail empanadas lol) would recommend more people to try it and explore their other foods. “Best poke in Great Neck! We pick up from here weekly and the portions are definitely bigger than Mr. Poke on Great Neck Rd. Love the huge drink variety and the 20% discount. The staff is great and the food is always fresh and consistent. Definitely our favorite convenient local spot!“

“The staff spoke little English. My wife asked a question while ordering at the kiosk, the staff spoke to each other but did not acknowledge us. I then went up to someone and asked again the exact same question about an item we wanted to order not available on the kiosk, he just stared at me and ignored me while preparing other orders.
They were busy but this establishment is mainly for Asian customers.

Our food items were good. The mango drink was very good, and the pastel de nata was made well and fresh.

I do not know if I would come back if met with such a poor customer service experience.“

It's a small store so I waited outside and walked around for ~10-15 minutes, went back in, and was finally attended to. Not sure why the other worker didn't help me out or give me any indication what was going on, pretty sure other customers that came after me got their drinks.
Kind of annoying but at least the Asian guy was attentive and competent and like I said the tea was delicious. I'd go back again.

John and his staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the event. They provided us with a private area for the team, while the parent guests were comfortably seated in another section.

“i tried the mango milk and my gf had matcha milk. we also got nuggets, mozzi sticks, fries and i think my gf got a eel onigiri. i cant speak for the onigiri cause i didnt try it but all of the food was hot and crispy and honestly the nuggets gave better mcd nuggets. and it was all pretty affordable. we got all that for under 35$ if i remember correctly. the drinks were sweet and creamy but a good price for the size.“

“They have great food. I always ordered online but with ordering from grubhub comes an annoying issue which is that they have their own delivery person and with that i can’t track the delivery and the store never respond to the calls i make to ask about the order.

“Genuinely not your typical boba spot - because this is the type of bubble tea that was prevalent in Flushing and is so hard to find nowadays. It's classic, good old fashioned bubble tea, for reasonable prices and without the pretentious and manufactured environments that you see from the chains nowadays. It's got the spirit that defined Flushing for so long - they can make great food, so they'll happily open up a place anywhere, even if it's as a stall in an existing Chinese food place. Amazing.

I came here late at night to pick up boba from here on a Too Good to Go order and service was super friendly, and I'd 100% go back during the day. It really took me by surprise just how good this was.

“Super cute and neat tea shop on Prince Street! There are many different kinds of combinations of tea for everyone to try. My favorite is definitely lychee jasmine or white peach oolong! The staff are super friendly and there is an upstairs seating area for studies and AC available as long as you purchase something. There are many events for you to get amazing deals and free gifts. I had an amazing experience at this tea shop and I would 100% come again!“
